Went to Checkers at 12pm Waited 35 minutes for 2 #8s Combos no pickle with two sides of cheese and a 2 Medium Diet Coke. Received the wrong order 15mins in, went back got a refund then they told me they couldn’t make my order because they were out so they gave me another refund. I ordered something else off the menu and they still messed it up. Food not fresh at all.

Service at the windows has been hit or miss in the past, due mostly to slow serving. Ordering ahead made that experience a lot better. Checkers has the best spicy chicken in fast food, hands down. It's not a great choice if you're looking for a night out but if you just need a quick bite, it remains one of my go-to options.

Dont waste your time eating here. Literally waited 10 mins in the parking lot to get cold everything; fries, burger, and the chicken sandwhich which I got buns burnt to hell.
They always dont get my order right always have to go back always missing something order 8 sandwiches for the family and only got 7 they don’t know how to count or read I told them no onions and they put onions on all sandwiches everyone just standing around I was at the drive thru window for 5 min smh never again going there and they rude 9/18/2025
