I love going to this checkers, but specifically today was one of the best experiences I’ve had. There’s a gentleman there who was running the drive-through. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the happiest, kindest, and funniest person I’ve ever interacted with at a drive-thru. He really made my day by being so funny and joyful! You can tell he really enjoys his work and loves making people smile. He made my day today and I’m sure he made others as well. That man deserves a raise for the phenomenal service he provides!
Got a Big Buford meal after work and when I got home (moline) to eat, the burger was sooooo salty it wasn’t edible. Filed a complaint and they offered a free fry, that’s not gonna work for me.

I work in Rock Island and go to the 18th St location. There is 1 gentleman that is absolutely great. He is always happy. I don't know his name but he definitely needs recognition. (Not that the other employees don't, I just always get him when I go here.)

The food is fresh and delicious. The man working the drive through has great energy and is friendly. Only issue was the AI box didn't register the flavor of wings i wanted but the staff gave me the sauce when i went back to asked for it. I'm really glad the wings are back and I hope the staff stays.

Not a place I would recommend at all. Did an online order, spent 66 dollars and food was missing. No big deal right, WRONG. Called the store and was argued with at first. Asked for a refund and was informed only corporate does refunds. Was told all they could do was send us a card in the mail or I could come back to get the missing food. I live over an hour away and our town doesn’t have a checkers. Was talked down to and treated poorly. The employee refused to give us her name saying if I didn’t like her service call corporate so we did. Was told I would have a call back in 3 to 4 days. NOT ACCEPTABLE CHECKERS! Look for my other reviews on Yelp, Birdseye, Google, TIKTOK, Instagram and Facebook. Either I will get a refund for ruining my 66 dollar meal or I will continue to spread the word. Employees should not be allowed to treat customers so poorly we do pay there salary in the end!!!!!!!!
I got the TPain Buford meal and a 10 pc wing, the burger and fries were acceptable but this is the third time I’ve gotten the wings and each time I’ve gotten old and cold wings. So just warning you don’t get the wings.

Dasher warning, don’t dash here they will leave you in the drive-through and not confirm that they got the order so you’re sitting there wondering if they even see you. This has multiple times with multiple different shifts this time it was a very overweight lady with braces and her Manager was washing the outside of the store with a hose

Food was fast and fresh. But the last time I was there, they charge for marinara sauce for their cheese sticks. That should be standard to get marinara sauce for cheese sticks. Is checkers that hard up to make money for charging extra for their sauces.
