The pizzas were hit or miss for a minute. Either overcooked or over sauced. The lady manager says its how u order, then when u follow her directions its over sauced šŸ¤”. The guy manager never fails!

My advice is to order normal and cross your fingers šŸ‘‰šŸ¾ if ur a foodie šŸ‘ˆšŸ¾ .

Its a cheese that tastes spoiled but I think that's a characteristic of it.. . Asiego šŸ§€ aged feta, not sure but i wish I knew the surprise ingredient.

The Dominoes on 14th avenue in Rock Island has the best most awesome staff. The employees are very friendly and generous. They will give my homeless friend Free food that would be otherwise thrown out. For example if an order was taken and the customer Never came to pick it up.Ʊ

They don’t know how to do there job !! Ordered pizza for my family and kids and nothing got delivered. I called the guy who works there and he described the house and location of which I don’t even live or have !! Never did he offer compensation either .

this is like the twentieth time we’ve ordered and whether it’s been contactless delivery or not they’ve never delivered it to the correct unit or otherwise. it’s been at least three times a delivery driver has handed it to the wrong person without a name confirmation and we just have to cut our losses empty handed. we call, ONCE, asking for a refund and ultimately get told that it’s our delivery instructions at fault. we get told that they can’t ask for a name, we have to meet them. we leave our name, unit, and explicit directions to our EXACT apartment, and they still give us a tone and no remorse. it takes five seconds to ask for a name. i’m not showing any lack of empathy— i myself work in food service. but at least i can hold accountability. seriously, as pedestrians, we might as well just take the 45 minute walk and come back with a cold little caesar’s pizza. dominos is not that good for all the trouble. i’d maybe do all these theatrics for tacos but for white people food this is crazy.

Ordered a single topping pizza, waited an hour and ten minutes only to find out it was left at the front desk of my hotel...after I asked to be contacted via text or call as well as provided a contact number. Thanks for the Cold wings and pizza. Next time Ill just wait out the automated system for a Dominos. It was refunded on the back end.

They brought me wrong order and wrong food ordered 2 thin crust 6.99 pizzas and parmashan cheese pepoeroni stuff crust gave me garlic nots and ordered to cokes never got them 28$ omg then gave 5$ tip to

I’ve had consistently horrible experiences at this Domino’s location, and I will not be returning. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Every time I try to place an order, it takes forever for someone to assist me, and when they finally do, they’re extremely rude especially over the phone.

There’s one particular employee (a Caucasian woman with black hair) who stands out for all the wrong reasons. She’s usually the one working inside, and unfortunately, she carries a nasty attitude, a smart mouth, and a complete lack of professionalism. On one occasion, she even called me out of my name, which is completely disrespectful and inexcusable. It’s clear she has no regard for customers, and her behavior creates a toxic environment.

What’s sad is that this store could actually be amazing if it wasn’t for the way she runs it. I’ve had better experiences with other employees there they’re not the friendliest ever, but they’ve always treated me with more decency and patience than she has. The fact that she’s almost always there is honestly damaging the store’s image and customer loyalty.

Domino’s needs to seriously look into how this store is being managed. Until changes are made, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered at 1:25 am. Drove from west e d davenport to rickisland to pick up the order. Arrived at 205 am and door was locked. The worker inside came and told me they were closed. I explained I already ordered. The other stated it was too late and closed the door. So I got nothing after driving all the way over to get it. The bottom line is the lights are still on. He's still in there working and getting paid Well, turning away A regular customer of dominoes who just drove at 2sm to pick up an order that was ordered at 1:25 am. My time my gas and no food. I'm blown away. So my question is where is the food you cooked? . You are still there now on Tge cluck and it's 2:30 abd I know because I wrote this review while parked out front and could see you in there appearing he making food. So you couldn't give me my food? .

I never had an issue with this store until today. I always get back door delivery.
Today my order never came. When I called I was told it was completed & I told them it never came. I was then told the driver said it was undeliverable & that she called me. Nobody called me & I have back door on my delivery instructions. They remade my order & sent her back out. When I politely asked about what went wrong with the first order she became rude & said she knocked on the front door. My instructions clearly states back door & will tip driver. When I received my order the pizza was correct but I received cheese bread when I ordered the Chicken Bacon Tomoto Bites.
I still tipped the rude delivery driver & told her to have a better day.
From now on I will pay the extra money & use Top Hat Pizza.

I was 1 penny short for the order and she said I can’t give you the food unless you have the full amount. Last time I ordered I gave over the price of the order. They will take more money from you but can’t spare 1 cents. I ordered there many times and it always been over the asking price but this time around heaven for bid they can’t lose a penny.
