I showed up this morning at 5:06. The sign said open. No lights were on. No employee vehicles were at the store either. On my phone and on the door it said the hours are 5 AM-7 PM. Did your hours change or did someone sleep in or something?

I used to enjoy coming here quite frequently, but like many other quick stops, your product quality has gone down hill and is inconsistent, I can't get an order right unless I specifically order through the mobile app, your prices have soared too much over the last few years, which is a shame because I was a regular customer. For these reasons I will not be returning and due to your prices now rivaling Starbucks, I must actually thank you as I will save a bunch of money making my own iced coffee at home of better quality, price and healthier per serving.

This place is terrible. Just went and spent $40 on breakfast for the family. My kid wanted hashbrowns got an order of hash rows they only put 4 little circle hashbrowns in the bag and they were completely burnt. Both orders of bagel bites are ice cold. My almond croissants were burnt and the half of dozen donuts were hard. It's different if maybe 1 item was not right or something but a whole $40 worth of food and no one in my house will touch any of it because it's all burnt. So disappointed 😤 oh and they forgot my bacon for the avocado toast on my order as well smdh

Warning!! Do not go here if you have allergies!!! Ordered a drink with Oat Milk. They tried to add caramel. I confirmed dairy allergy. They ended up putting milk in drink, not oatmilk. One sip caused allergic reaction. They do not answer their phone after multiple attempts, so it's going on reviews!!
Gave me the wrong donut as I was standing there… they were all face down in the bag also.

My previous poor experiences at this location are a thing of the past!! ? they’ve got a wonderful team working together here, and it’s been my pleasure to come through. Marcella shined today, I was in such a good mood after talking to her I nearly forgot my sandwich! If you’ve had a bad experience with Dunkin’ I sincerely hope you give them another shot.
