Worst place ever always messing up my order.

They are falsely advertising their prices. On their menu, they are offering the medium cookie butter latte for 5.69. (Photo attached). I went to order a small and they said it was 6.25 before tax. And the medium is 6.75. After I brought this up with the person taking the order, they got extremely snippy and rude. Not addressing the posted price on their menu at all. Do better.

I used to get my coffee every single morning from Dunkin’ Donuts. I used to pay two dollars with some change now it’s four dollars with $.85. I’ve not drink anymore. Dunkin’ Donuts good luck with your customers

i got a grilled cheese, it had bacon on it. the receipt on the bag says grilled cheese, two cheddar one American, And it had bacon. i can not eat pork of any kind. I tried to call the store three different times, It just kept saying that they were with customers, even though I was the only car when I went through. I left a voicemail called again about 25 minutes later twice, and it was the same thing. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. I usually have a problem, but this is the worst it’s been.

Interaction with staff was fine, brief like you’d like it. Environment seemed fine, noticed the door handles are aging with chipped paint, indicates the rest of the place is in similar repair. The coffee ordered 2 min before my arrival was just over warm and they used the sweet flavoring when I ordered the unsweetened. The app couldn’t be more clear when I ordered it but this is a common mistake at all Dunkin donuts. Remember to check your order. I do like their almond milk. Owners, highly suggest attention to detail with the food and building, a little better customer service will likely be more lucrative. Good luck!🍀

Under new management. Service and quality has plummeted. Drink was wrong and food was burnt. Said they would remake but I would have to pay for another drink. Also, they charge for pup cups now. I won't be back.

I visit this Dunkin’ 5 days a week. After the experience I had this week I will never return. I will take my daily order for 2 to 3 coffees to the Moline location. These coffees were all ordered with the same ingredients. None tasted the same. None even looked the same
Absolute worst experience of my life. The way your employees speak to customers is so unprofessional. Came there yesterday 10/17 at 10:27am watch the cameras at that interaction and tell me how is this anything that should ever happen in a work place. I wish I knew the employee name. I think they said it’s lily or something like that but I’d love to speak with a district manager or someone because this experience was so disappointing
I like the iced coffee with the energy shot and a little bit of hazelnut syrup

Waited at the drive thru for almost 10 min for a drive thru MOBILE ORDER. No one said a thing over the intercom and I eventually went in to get my mobile order that I ordered to be picked up via drive thru. Also there was NO CUSTOMERS in the store so who exactly was I waiting on?
My order was made wrong I walked away nothing brung it back immediately and they refused to refund me my money and they made my order wrong and I gave them back the wrong items

Didn't have the specific vanilla cream filled, so got a chocolate cream filled instead, didnt like the chocolate filling, its not light and fluffy like it used to be.
Honestly, was very disappointed, especially that the donuts are over $2 each now.
