Warning!! Do not go here if you have allergies!!! Ordered a drink with Oat Milk. They tried to add caramel. I confirmed dairy allergy. They ended up putting milk in drink, not oatmilk. One sip caused allergic reaction. They do not answer their phone after multiple attempts, so it's going on reviews!!

My previous poor experiences at this location are a thing of the past!! ? they’ve got a wonderful team working together here, and it’s been my pleasure to come through. Marcella shined today, I was in such a good mood after talking to her I nearly forgot my sandwich! If you’ve had a bad experience with Dunkin’ I sincerely hope you give them another shot.

Tried to go thru drive thru but it was backed up. Super slow service just need to shut it down.

Almost every time I go here, there's an issue with my order. If there was something else closer, I'd never come back. They are slow and, the staff are usually rude. They quite frequently are out of product such as the caramel to make the caramel macchiato or they run out of certain donuts before 11am. Make sure to check the bag before you drive away because chances are, they forgot something. Definitely NOT the best Dunkin Donuts location.

Rock Island is the Best Dunkin Donuts in the QC right next to Silvis Dunkin. They both have exceptional workers!!!!
