I just came through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago and had a very distasteful interaction with the drive thru lady who says she is a manager. She was very aggressive and rushing me at the speaker nearly yelling at me towards the end. I get to the window and wait about 10 minutes before she even comes to it and then has some funky attitude and was extremely loud. She asks if I need a drink carrier to which I respond no thank you and apparently she wasn’t pleased and screams OK THEN and shoves my drinks out the window and slams the window in my face. Then I call to speak to a manager , she answers and says she is the manager and no one else was working and hangs up on me. She is very unpleasant and unprofessional and absolutely should not any type of management nor representing the restaurant to paying customers. I spent over $30 on 2 meals just to be rushed and treated very poorly but a rude manager. I never was rude to her at all at any point. I couldn’t get a name because she had no tag but I will be calling every day until I get that info and report her to every higher up. Store manager needs to review cameras at about 5:20-5:25 and see how their managers treat paying customers.Oh, ANDDD after my 10 minute wait MY FOOD IS COLD.

Stopped in to pickup breakfast. Both the gentleman and lady behind the counter were very polite and professional. You could hear however a lady in the background barking out orders and talking down to the employees. Found out she’s a district manager. She was barking orders but when the employees yelled what food they needed the gal in back snapped back… apparently she’s the only one that can speak like that. (Yelling what food they needed for the order) You can tell the employees don’t like being spoken to the way the district manager was. It was a cringeworthy experience waiting on my food order. This day and age, no one deserves to be talked to the way these employees were. I’ll definitely be back because the breakfast was good and the employees at the counter were friendly! I just hope the district gal learns to take a chill pill and not talk to the employees the way she was.

I came in just before close after work spent about $35 on food I got my food and went home to Davenport once I got to Davenport I started to distribute the food to my family and realized that it was the wrong order I looked in the back to see if there was a receipt to find no receipt they were already closed so I could not call them to complain I called in today and talked to the manager and she asked me what my order was I told her that I did not know I would have to ask my wife being she's the one who wrote it down and sent me with the list she says you don't even know what your order was and you want me to replace it and hangs up .....I want my money back or my food replaced and I should get something extra for wasting my time and gas and rudely hung up on by manager...
