This was the first time I had ever visited. I went through the drive thru and upon pulling up, the window was open and she loudly asked what I wanted, but she wasn't looking at me. I said I wanted a breakfast burrito and the she turned to tell me she wasn't talking to me, she was on the phone. Okay, weird but like, you could have closed the window. Whatever. She takes the order and then turns her attention back to me and begins to berate me and lecture me on calling ahead for an order. I was confused and argued that, not only did I not call in an order, this was my first time here and I had no idea what she was talking about. She was so rude and unprofessional and I almost drove off. I got chewed out for something that had nothing to do with me. This happened on the 11th and I'm still not over it. I'm glad this place is closing because I won't ever go back.

Response PE DaughteryThe Date was Saturday February 17, 2024 at approximately 9:34am when I notice this man and woman seated to the left of my table. The waitress at that time was explaining to all concerned that a waitress had gone home ill and/or the regular cook was absent and she the waitress was left alone to tend to a restaurant ¾ full of customers. As far as I am concerned these supposedly patriots of Igor’s in my opinion are the pits lower then rock bottom as I will explain.Either this couple was hard of hearing and/or felt above the status of their waitress closed off their hearing capabilities, but I heard the waitress vividly explaining her situation to customers. At most restaurants since covid cream is asked for by the customer with their coffee, and how you would like your toast with or without butter and/or jam and how dark. (WAITRESSES ARE NOT MIND READERS) As far as Hot Chocolate in my opinion when not combined with milk is weak and tasteless. I do not remember hearing them complaint about the Hot Chocolate. Only the female complained about the hash browns being cold which arrived at their table approximately 10 minutes after her companions has browns and she asked the waitress to again heat them up. If the hash browns were overdone it was due to the reheating of the hash browns and the male counterpart who appeared to be on a date with this woman was supper apologeticfor the service to his female companion. As far as 35 minute waiting period for their food I found it reasonable and in my opinion the couple was not going to starve. As proven by the male counterpart eating half his breakfast (food could not have been that bad). Another waitress after being relieved from the Igor’s pickup window and the lone waitress were able to catchup. As far as a customer leaving the restaurant that is their prerogative but again along with the complaintive they were advised of the extended wait time for their food. I whole heartedly disagree with the waitress being dumb founded as she was covering the front which is around the corner and the tables with customers. If the male counterpart had frequented this restaurant whatever time things change and in order to be price affective the management opted to serve syrup and/or butter in small container. Perhaps the male counterpart is accustomed to upper crest restaurants At the point of time his female friend her commented that her food uneatable She should have aske to speak to the manager and/or owner to make restitution for her food. I assure you at the time of their departure the owner was on the Igor’s premises and would have been more the happy to resolve this issue. The cook advising Savannah has to speak loudly to be heard above the exhaust fans and/or other noises created by the food cooking machines used in the processing of food. Furthermore This couple are not accurate with the cooks comments.. The truth of the matter is the cook further commented to Savannahthat she as of yet was not fully trained and would not be able to cook some items and that she is doing the best she can. I found her to be very apologetic for the situation she was trying to work through in providing good service.I found this couple incorrigible and not having the ability to communicate with people of a lower class myself included.I tried in a polite manner to explain the saturation and his body language was quite evident he was not going be attentive to my verifiable commentsVegetarian options: omelette

We went there last night and the food and service was great. They also offered tarot readings, which was unique and fun. I do have to dock a star for the use of paper products even for dine-in. Why not use real, reusable cups? This is wasteful and environmentally irresponsible. ?Edit: Okay, your response was adorable. I understand, times are tough for retaining employees. I gave you your star back. ?

The food is great. Had dinner one time and breakfast burritos another time. I've done dine in and carry out and was happy with it. The atmosphere is very cool/different. I enjoyed my patty melt and my wife likes the breakfast burrito.

What happened??? Before we left the QC five years ago, Igor's was THE place. Food, Service, everything was good. We move back and went to Igor's for breakfast this morning and the food and the service are rock bottom! The service is the worst. Our waitress could barely be heard and could not make toast to save her life! We had to ask her for cream for the coffee and jam for the weak toast. I don't know what she did to make hot chocolate but it tasted like light brown water. The breakfast, French Toast Melts, when we finally got it after 35 minutes, was the worst. There was barely any cheese, no flavor in the French toast, and the hashbrowns were undercooked and over peppered and mine were served with cold spots. After 35 minutes, that's what we got. Neither one of us finished it because it was basically inedible. I had to ask for syrup and it was served in individual condiment cups and even the syrup was bad.Worse still, one customer, tired of waiting for his breakfast, got up and left. The waitress, which was our waitress, was left dumbfounded when she went around the corner and the customer was just gone. The cook or whoever was in the kitchen loudly told the waitress "Savannah" to tell customers to expect a long wait time and rudely too as if we were inconveniencing her.I'm seeing Google reviews of five stars left and right and for what? The food was bad, the service was bad and no one seemed to care one bit. The person who checked us out never even asked "how was everything"? I think two full plates spoke volumes. What a come down! What happened?

We take our out of town friends here whenever they visit. I personally like the breakfast sandwich with chorizo, but my spouse and friends always get the breakfast burrito. The salsa is phenomenal. Whoever left a review and said the breakfast burrito isn't special must have singed off their taste buds at some point. This is one of the places where all the food is good, but you like one item so much that you always get just that item.
