Im 50 years old and have never left a review for McDonald's. This is officially my last visit!! Food is garbage . Service was garbage! Prices beyond garbage! 28.00 dollars for 2 meals and no refills! Thanks for all the years of memories. Thats all you will be to me from now on!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s in the Quad Cities!!
I ordered hotcakes at night and the manager rudely snapped “it’s just hotcakes, no egg okay?” I didn’t like the way she said it all. I know people who work at a McDonald’s so I’m aware it’s just the hotcakes which is why I asked for just hotcakes.
Then our food was put on the counter as a to go order and we weren’t aware it was ready. They had given us the number stand which says on it that they will bring the food to us! Then the same manager came over and asked if we order for here or to go. We confirmed it was for here and she snarkily said, “Oh well I was yelling out for you guys to come get it for awhile now” with such an attitude.
I’ve never had a bad experience at a McDonald’s anywhere else in the Quad Cities before so this was really disappointing. On the bright side, my interaction with the other employees was good. There was a sweet girl who gave me ketchup packets which made me feel better after being berated like a child by the manager.

The young man who took my order was not rude, but he wasn't really friendly either. He seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else but there. But I get it. He's a teenager and it's summer time. My order was only fries and an iced coffee. It was perfect. No complaints on the food. My complaint is the kids in the restaurant being loud, foul mouthed, and obnoxious and nothing was being said to them by management. As a former manager of a store, I know it's difficult to deal with people like this. But if you want to keep good decent customers coming back, you have to make them feel comfortable and safe. My other complaint is that it felt like there was no AC on in there while it's 90°F outside. I also know in the winter time it's always cold in this restaurant. Is this a common tactic to get people to take their orders to go, or to not loiter too long after eating their food? You want them to hurry up and get out of there?

Worst people ever. Made me wait in a room. I see my order through their little windoe. A manager took the food away. After 5 minutes of every worker ignoring me.....manager said i cant have the order. By the way this order was going to Merrycrest senior center. That manager showed me how evil people can be.

I had a perfect 👌 meal with the McDonald's crew tonight. Other nights its a hit or miss. One night guy with a black mcdonalds shirt smash my sandwiches. Another night a lady will tell me they're closed when I know its open and not serve people.
