I went through the drive thru on Friday, and I had the sweetest most helpful worker I have ever had at this location. Normally when I come here the service is okay, the worker said her name was Sage, she deserves a raise!

Sage was such an amazing service worker! She was so welcoming and even reminded me and my friends about the discounts which was very helpful! Normally when I ask for spicy snack wrap I get ranch but she made sure that I got the spicy wrap and extra spicy sauce. Give her a raise!!

Food is fine, it’s McDonald’s. I feel like I have to give a 4 because they expect me to use an app, but then the drive thru employees get mad when the app is slow to load. I always feel rushed.

Please please please start wearing gloves while filling and handling french fries I literally watched a lady take money from drive thru then walk back and scoop my fries with bare hands after handling money

No other McDonald’s in the quad cities tops this McDonald’s. This best ran in the QCA hands down. Food always accurate and fresh. Professional. Fast. Clean. I never have any issues, I drive across town just to come to this location. AMAZING management. Keep on rockin!

Im 50 years old and have never left a review for McDonald's. This is officially my last visit!! Food is garbage . Service was garbage! Prices beyond garbage! 28.00 dollars for 2 meals and no refills! Thanks for all the years of memories. Thats all you will be to me from now on!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s in the Quad Cities!!
I ordered hotcakes at night and the manager rudely snapped “it’s just hotcakes, no egg okay?” I didn’t like the way she said it all. I know people who work at a McDonald’s so I’m aware it’s just the hotcakes which is why I asked for just hotcakes.
Then our food was put on the counter as a to go order and we weren’t aware it was ready. They had given us the number stand which says on it that they will bring the food to us! Then the same manager came over and asked if we order for here or to go. We confirmed it was for here and she snarkily said, “Oh well I was yelling out for you guys to come get it for awhile now” with such an attitude.
I’ve never had a bad experience at a McDonald’s anywhere else in the Quad Cities before so this was really disappointing. On the bright side, my interaction with the other employees was good. There was a sweet girl who gave me ketchup packets which made me feel better after being berated like a child by the manager.
Idk how anyone eats this stuff. This one doesn't listen when you special order either
