The owner and manager at this location are charging people for items not ordered and not delivering items paid for. When I called, they argued with me for so long that by the time my order was delivered, the sandwich was cild and the sundae a melted disaster. I wasn't aware that customers are no longer right and deserve to be mistreated. I'm handicapped and paid for this horrible experience in more than one way. And it's 0 stars. My delivery person said the restaurant was loud and dirty. In order to rectify the situation, they asked me to come there with my phone. It's more than irritating to be called a liar. Even worse, them acting as if my handicapped condition didn't matter.

If I could do 0 stars I would. It took literally 15 mins for our food, and then our fries were completely stale, cold and completely gross. Then when we went back it took forever for them to replace our fries even though they said the reason it took forever the first time was because we were getting fresh fries. Obviously we didn't get fresh fries. The girl that was working was rude.

So my baby handed the guy at the window my debit card. This guy pulls his camera out and starts snapping pics. I was WATCHING from the front seat. Told the GM. This clown started lying because that’s her friend. All she did was lie throughout the whole thing. A different employee told me right when it all happened that they don’t have cameras at that register. So what was the GM talking about saying her friend didn’t do it?! Yet another reason to quit buying their food. In addition to their rising prices, MCDonalds won’t be missed.
