We had a great experience. The people working were so nice and helpful. I’m glad I listened and got extra Mac and cheese. The fried shrimp and the Shrimp Po’Boy were so good. Hand cut fries are my favorite. And the cornbread was delightful. The Mac and cheese—don’t get just a side. Get a pint. Or more. We took some home from yesterday and it reheats so well. It tastes the same (what other Mac and cheese does that???). It’s amazing. And their remoulade sauce? I should have gotten a pint to go. I want to dip everything in it! We will definitely be back and will be telling everyone how good it is.

I had their food first time today fried chicken, French fries and mac n cheese and I'm very satisfied best fried chicken I had for a long time. I will definitely go back.

Excellent home cooked food. Carry out only. Candied yams had a hint of cinnamon......VERY good. Cat fish filled was perfect ....not over breaded. Very good. I ALSO GOT PEACH COBBLER....yum yum. The 3 of us ordered a variety of sides.

Had a dream where I ate collard greens and couldn't shake the feeling I needed to find some quickly. My first bite didn't disappoint, and neither did the last. Paired it with chicken and yams. Felt like my mouth won the lottery. Can't wait to eat there again.

The food is good and seasoned well. The porkchops are so tender you can use a plastic fork to eat with. The mac and cheese is good. The wings are moist and crisp. The meat pies are flavorful. Now that Shrimp POboy is good but you know us Southerners know that POboy needs to be bigger. Now you will have to wait for food to be prepared fresh. THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD. You will not be disappointedFYI, if you want oxtails. They are ready on weekends at 5pm
