Called and was given a time for when I should be there. Paid and was told to wait in the other room and they would bring it out to me. Waited 30 mins patiently, since they were very busy. Finally got annoyed and went up to ask how much longer. Oops, they said. Nobody put a name on yours, so it's been sitting here ready. Ugh.
Pizza was good, and the employees are friendly. I would just have loved not wasting my time waiting for no reason. Maybe a better system is needed?

Best calzones in the QC! Problem is they refuse to re-open their dining room! I come from North Davenport or I did by the time I get home it's cold!! Covid is in the past. Time to open the dining room again! I know alot of people who haven't been back! To bad guess my money green enough for the owner!

Pizza was very good. I'm not from the area, so the I am not a huge fan of the "Quad City style" (the same as St Louis style as near as I can tell...) but this was as good as I've had. Girl who took my order on the phone was hard to understand and the people in the store weren't overly friendly, but I was happy to get my pie and get back to my hotel room and eat. Speaking of which, I asked about delivery and was surprised that they wouldn't deliver to my hotel which was only about a 5-6 minute drive away. In the end, I'd order from there again.

The calzones are fantastic!
Kid-friendliness: There is no "kids menu". My daughter will not eat anything they serve because she is picky about where we get our pizza, and they do not have chicken strips or fries. That's my picky kiddo.

we ordered a meal for a few different health care providers that all work in the same building. we were told that our order would be delivered in 45 minutes. Please note that we work less than 7 miles from pizza and subs location. We had not heard anything from them after 55 minutes since placing the order so we called and they told us they would be there in 1 minute.. another 15 minutes goes by and still no order. We called again and the general manager of the location proceeded to argue with us about have we never been late before? we explained that we have but when you tell someone that you are a minute away and still 15 minutes later and no delivery - its poor customer service. she took our name and number and said that they will never deliver to us anymore. I guess health care workers are not worthy of their delivery service. It is already difficult enough to get a lunch break and carve out that time. They told us on the phone that they got 4 rock island deliveries all at the same time - so they wait until all the food deliveries for that town are made and then go deliver it one by one. So by the time your food arrives it is nice and cold! Please take your business elsewhere. I know we will be. I sadly have seen so many reviews about their poor customer service - and peoples kids who have worked there hated it. Please do better.

I ordered around $80 worth of food. The order was placed on 5/19/24, and the lady taking my order completely got my information wrong after three times of telling her my phone number and place of business for the delivery. After about nearly 3 hours of wait time I called back to the restaurant for the third time and was told I didn’t provide a drop off nor was the phone number correct. In all honesty the place of business is a popular place for ordering from this establishment, so the excuse was rather weak as to why it couldn’t be delivered. A full refund was told to me in about two business days. This still doesn’t satisfy myself or my coworkers as we were all looking forward to getting a good calzone from here. Definitely will not be ordering from this establishment.

If you can't find four people to clean off tables and keep the dining room straight just close your doors not everybody wants to have it delivered especially when you don't deliver where I live and I can't eat a calzone in my car.
