Ordered a deal with 2 pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. The ultimate pizza was supposed to have no green peppers, add green and black olives. I got the pizza home and there was no meat on it. I called the store and got the GM who claimed she made the pizza and it was correct. She stated I didn’t order the pepperoni and sausage on the Ultimate Pizza (which already has those ingredients on it). My recipe clearly showed it was supposed to have it. She stated she would not remake it because I “got exactly what I ordered”. I brought the food back. There were other customers in the store. When I showed her the receipt in front of her, she still argued but told me she told me “I told you I would remake all of your food when you called.” I demanded my refund and left the food with her. She’s a liar and has zero customer service skill. Avoid this place at all cost.

I don’t know if the manager was telling the truth when she said her name was Alexa.. but if so, Alexa, insulting my intelligence all because you said you made the pizza when I’m explaining to you the stuffed crust taste freezer burnt, and I still have the pizza left. just went terribly wrong She hung up the phone when I told her she insulted my intelligence. Of course you can’t use frozen cheese, Alexa terrible customer service just terrible.smh!!!!! I’ll never go back there

Employees are great but sadly Pizza Hut was a weekly thing for us for years but I have notice a dramatic decline in the quality of their food and ingredients& a substantial increase in price Boneless chicken wings have gotten worse pretty sure they once I had last night were a fatty tumor spit it out and threw them all away . The crust used to be amazing not it is bland AF half the pizza ends up in the trash .

Ordered a Pepperoni Lover's Pizza, a lot of pepperoni, which is nice, but I find the Pizza Hut tomato sauce to be too sweet.

Waited 2 hours for delivery (rock island store) i called them, they hung up on me three times I called again and they didn't want to answer so i had to use a different phone to get through to the customer service they wanted to cancel my order refund was 2-5 business days then wanted me to go pick up my order and repay for the pizza.

I called to order delivery onto Rock Island Arsenal, confirmed with the cashier that their driver could do it, because I could not meet them at the gate. Turns out the driver could not get through the checkpoint after all and could not deliver the food I prepaid for. Pay in cash or plan to pick up yourself if you live/work on the Arsenal!

If there was a no stars option I would pick it. The manager had excuses to why pizza was late, over an HOUR!!! Cold pizza, rude manager, had the audacity to call me a Belligerent drunk!!! because it was delivered to a bar....I'm the bartender on shift!!! They will be getting a phone call from corporate.
