I called to order delivery onto Rock Island Arsenal, confirmed with the cashier that their driver could do it, because I could not meet them at the gate. Turns out the driver could not get through the checkpoint after all and could not deliver the food I prepaid for. Pay in cash or plan to pick up yourself if you live/work on the Arsenal!

If there was a no stars option I would pick it. The manager had excuses to why pizza was late, over an HOUR!!! Cold pizza, rude manager, had the audacity to call me a Belligerent drunk!!! because it was delivered to a bar....I'm the bartender on shift!!! They will be getting a phone call from corporate.

Large hand tossed sausage onion mushroom w/ extra cheese. The cheese was very sparce. 1/2 the pizza was crust with no toppings on it. Spent over 30$. Will not order from here

I ordered online and had no issues with the store receiving my order. I pulled up 5 mins prior to my designated pick up time and my pizzas were in the oven and almost done baking, making my order right on time.Everything was fantastic and the woman at the window was super nice.

My order went out almost 25 minutes ago I live 5 minutes away. I call the store excuse is we only have 1 driver. Really I'm extremely mad.
We were excited to ordered Pizza Hut because we used to get it all the time in CO. We were EXTREMELY disappointed! The pizza was cold when we picked it up even though we live close and picked it up on time? It seemed like it was a day old. It had very little toppings on it for a three topping pizza. It was just not the quality we were used to. We would not suggest ordering pizza from here!
Pizzas had barely any sauce. Both pizzas tasted undercooked.

Manager and crew is amazing! But Everytime I order online door dash ends up getting the delivery an every time it's a problem. Pizza hut needs to stop using door dash as a delivery system when they are bizzy. It's not fair to workers or managers when they have to fix door dash drivers mistakes. Pizza hut do better for your employees!
