soup is very watered down and cold, flavourless. I asked for double meat on my tuna sandwich, barely got regular serving. bread is very stale. I have not been going to subway for a while, because the last TWO experiences have been the same: terrible. I really don't know what happened to my beloved subway, but that was the very, very last visit they'll get from me. subway, you are now gross and have lost my business for good.

I had a coupon to use there. They used to have a sign up on what you could use your coupon on but took it down. I still followed the guidelines of what I could remember and apparently they added some things you couldn't spend on your sandwich! I got to checkout and said they wouldn't honor my coupon for a chicken sub! If you want people to follow your guidelines, post them!

no one washed their hand before getting on the line and making food, i mean i watched a worker stand there doing nothing. then put gloves on and go straight into making food. that was gross to see and the workers weren’t listening half of the time. i couldn’t understand her in a rot rude way but she didn’t speak english well. we’ll see if the food is even good.

Since they have started blocking the view for the meats and cheese they have messed my order up every time I’ve been there. Most recent, I ordered a sandwich and asked for shredded cheese and they put provolone! I couldn’t tell because you can’t see that part of the process! I had the joy of finding out once I got home. They also have been undercooking their bacon and skimping on how much to give you EVEN THOUGH you pay EXTRA for the bacon! I used to get 3-4 COOKED pieces and now just a strand of soft limp “bacon”. Which again you can’t see! Definitely avoid this location

They had their sign shut off and nobody behind the counter, so I assumed they were closed due to weather. I tried to call the store and the number was disconnected. By the time I got home, I got a call from an employee asking why I had not picked up my order. I drove back to the store, and now am seeing that both sandwiches in my order were made wrong. I usually enjoy Subway but I will not be giving this store any more business.
