Paid $15 for a flatbread sandwich. They don’t allow the coupons for everything, only the cheap sandwiches. False advertisement!
Could’ve spent the same amount for something else, somewhere else. Very dissatisfied

They had their sign shut off and nobody behind the counter, so I assumed they were closed due to weather. I tried to call the store and the number was disconnected. By the time I got home, I got a call from an employee asking why I had not picked up my order. I drove back to the store, and now am seeing that both sandwiches in my order were made wrong. I usually enjoy Subway but I will not be giving this store any more business.

Food was awful. My bread was stale. There was no ice in the soda machine and there were black dirt particles in my cup coming from the lemonade nozzle. Not to mention they skimped out on all my toppings on my sandwich. Would not recommend.

There is always water from ice in fountain machines they shut off ice and don't tell you until paid. Cookies and bread were not fresh. Phone number is disconnected .

Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches for pickup. Both sandwiches were poorly made with wrong ingredients. Employee acted uninterested in performing thier job. The place was dirty. Not an enjoyable experience and I won't be back to this location.

The place is a complete circus. I tried to call first but phone line registered with Google is disconnected.
So here it is-
Went in to order. Girl working was screaming and carrying on about some girl to another guy who was across the restaurant near door. She wanted Everyone to hear. A poor older man was trying to pay and get out of there and she didn’t care to follow through. Another gal came out from back to help him then came to me. I asked for steak sandwich- nope- out. At 1:30pm Monday. She says- But you sure can go down the road to the other subway. I said it’s Ok how about tunu with American? Nope out.
Girl is still carrying on. Talking about “Lord, not today” the girl helping me is saying how the doors are to be locked anyway. Wait what?
was embarrassing for Subway and the community.
I said- did you say there is another subway down the street because I am leaving. This place is horrible. And left.
And I promise will never walk back in again. Left and came to Moline. Great service here and they have all sandwich fixings.
Whoever is running g this subway needs to step in or out.
Close it down.
This place is ghetto, employees wearing pajamas and bonnets, and cussing up and down outside the store while smoking marijuana.sorry but do better with hiring better employees, these are the faces that represent your business.
