Coffee is great however it was a 40 minute wait for two lattes. No food.

Not the fanciest place but they sure do know their craft! Lots of beverage options in case you're not a coffee drinker--kombucha, tea, beer...Everything came out swiftly. The coffee was good! Not overly roasted, but still flavorful and well-balanced. I ordered a giant breakfast burrito for $13 and got two meals out of it! Tons of seating inside and the staff is great! They've got a stage area in the side room so maybe they have live music. Would definitely explore this further!

First time I visited about a year ago..sandwich & soup was great..had a blackberry Sage tea wonderful. Second time at 1100 am soup was out. Third time no soup and no blackberry tea. This last time no soup available and did not have sea salt chips or their own "glazed chips". My chicken salad sandwich tastes bland...nothing like the previous sandwiches. Asked for toasted wheat bread and received grilled bread.
I won't be back.

Prices are very fair and portions good. I enjoyed my 2-2-2 but annoyed that I got coffee with a refill paid for right up front and didn't get the coffee. I and to remind and then never got a refill. Not sure if I was supposed to get it myself or not but I figured not. I'd go back still.

Happy to see Theo's still here! The new owners have done a good job with keeping a food and drink menu with a lot of variety.

I was able to enjoy an elusive hot cinnamon honey Matcha Latte. They even had a homemade white chocolate matcha scone. I also had the 2-2-2 breakfast which was flavorful but left me thinking of some type of seconds.

Good atmoshphere! Two large spaces divided into the coffee shop and a performance venue with a stage. Different types of seating including the classic coffee book couch nook. Study approved; plenty of outlets and no loud speaker music.

I've only seen 40 minutes of Friends but Theo's kind of gives me that vibe.

*Edit: A group of 3 on a work lunch meeting came in at 1:58 pm on Tuesday expecting to order food and was told that the kitchen closed but cafe was open until 3:00pm.

**Another customer denied food at 2:10. Oof, it would probably be helpful if the kitchen closing time was noted on the website or door. I have to drop a ? for service because of this.

Theo's was a fast great coffee shop! Got a big breakfast burrito for under $10 and a coffee special and a kombucha. All 3 were great!

I got the dessert latte. It was disgusting…. The barista told me it has tiramisu and cheesecake syrup. When I took the first sip. It did not taste like anything. The drink tasted like burnt espresso. I also noticed espresso pieces on the bottom. To make matters worst it was 6 dollars + Tip. 💀 when you pay a good dime for some coffee and it’s terrible. It ruins your first experience from a place.
