We had a great experience here. The young man who took our order even took the time to check on us to see if we needed anything. (We didn’t) but it was such a welcoming surprise to see a young man who enjoys his job.

Terrible service. They can't get your order right at all. I am sick and tired of going through the drive thru only to discover they have completely screwed up my order and having to drive back and get it fixed. Will not be visiting again. Also the food I did receive was basically inedible.

just went through and i’m not gonna lie i was kind of rude, but the boy at the window was very kind and respectful anyways. i wasn’t meaning to be rude and my tone was off but he handled himself really well, i didn’t have any cash on me but i will be going back tomorrow just to tip this kid. good job

Piss poor customer service why for the live of God would j clean ur grease during operation hours?? Thats how u loose customers and not smart.u clean the grease in fryers either night before or before u open never during operational hours. Went to Taco Bell,they were ready!!!

Went to the drive thru on Sunday May 4 and placed a large order had to wait a little that was no problem don't mind waiting for it to be fresh the problem is when you are shorted large portion of your order was shorted two Dave's double with cheese and two large fries around 23$ in food called the store person who took the call apologized and offered to mail out a voucher to replace the missing items on Monday it's been over a week going on two 23 $ my not be alot of money to some but it is to me your store should be charged with theft for stealing 23+ dollars very disappointed will contact corporate and stop spending my earned money at all Wendy's take my money else where

I should have known better then going our banned Wendy's but here we go. We stopped going to this Wendy's months ago because they never get our order right. Something is either missing OR something is made incorrectly. I convinced my husband that we should get it this morning just because I was wanting it, and against our better judgement we went. I checked the bag everything was in there, I drove home and doled out the food and there was no chicken on my honey butter chicken sandwich. So yeah 😂 happy Sunday to me.
