We were seated in bar area. Had live piano playing Christmas music. Such a delight. Everything was wonderful!! Our waitress was delightful and didn't miss a beat. Hard to find these days at restaurants. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and very tender. Prices were slightly higher than some other places but worth it!! Highly recommend.

The food was dry & overcooked 3 of us had halibut & each one was as stated 1 person had chicken & it also was overcooked & slightly burned Was disappointed in the wine. Had red wine & it was only fair The service was excellent but doubt I will be going back anytime soon. It's really too bad because for years everything was superb

We arrived early at 5:30 and it was very quiet in the dining room, but as the dining progressed it became very busy, although we were still able to talk across the table our volume needed to be turned up a notch. Great server who was very courteous and checked on us several times thru the meal to make sure we were happy

Birthday...requested...Waitress didn't acknowledge nor bring anything for the celebrating lady...even after asked for! Ran out of Effen Cucumber Vodka and only shared that when she abruptly brought the bill! Bad Waitress! Also asked for fresh cucumber in my drink & was refused stating Yes they're in the kitchen but I can't get you any! Bad Waitress! Ms V

Kim our waitress on Thanksgiving was superb, great service and overall our experience was great. Staff and cooking staff did a wonderful job... thank you for providing a great experience... my plate was loaded of goodness:) ?

Second time at Syls; first was a pick up during Covid. Only complaint ( and I don't complain or send food back) was my prime rib was cooked more than medium even though I asked for medium rare and I was given an end which I should have been advised if that was all they had left (which I doubt since it was 4:45). All other food was excellent.

Syl's provided a varied assortment of holiday favorites. Place was crowded, but they had enough server staff making things run smooth. Our server was Alicia and she could not have been more attentive. Wonderful outing.
Another wonderful experience at Syls! The food was excellent as always, and we cant say enough good things about our server, Devyn! We ask for her whenever we come and she told us we has hoping to see us. It was really busy yesterday, but never felt rushed. Cant wait to go back!

Had the 20 oz prime rib. Perfectly done. Buddy had the 16 oz pork chop. Wife had the scallops - 10 huge scallops. Who serves those size portions anymore?? Syl's!!! Perfectly done. We will be back!

Good visit. Service was pleasant. I ordered the scallops and French onion soup. Hubby ordered the rib eye and linguine. I also enjoyed a hot cup of The Nutty Irishman (boozy coffee drink, but not really boozy). That was good too. Also had strawberry sauce on our slice of cheesecake.
We come regularly and are always pleased. Huge portions and good quality food. Service isn't the quickest, had a reservation for 4 at 6:30 and left just before 8:30 with no appetizers. We love Syl's!!

Have been here several times and had a good meals. Extremely disappointed this time. Not sure if new cook or cutting back on quality. Ribs had membrane on, which was a slimey mess and not much flavor, Bone in ribeye was more tough fat than meat (half the steak was edible). Unfortunately will not be coming back after meal last night.

Had my 40th Surprise Party here last Sunday. Service, atmosphere and food was amazing. Cut the cake and served everyone. Efficient and super friendly. Recommend this place highly ?

Everything was amazing! One of the best date nights we've had in a long time! Jason was the best along with all the staff!shout out to the bartender also, the Cherry Cheesecake & Key Lime Pie martinis were amazing! So many yummy apps and entrees.Shrimp Bake App ?Fresh Salad ?Chicken n Dumpling Soup ?Double Baked Potato?Garlic Mashed Potatoes ?I cannot forget to mention the perfectly broiled lobster and medium cooked premium cut Ribeye Steak?I was so so sad that I was too stuffed, because I really did want to try one of their homemade desserts ?We must go back!!!

The food here was great; was apprehensive after reading some less than stellar reviews online, but we decided to check it out anyway and make our own decision. I'm glad that we did, everything was just great. One caveat, we were seated on the "lounge" side with the bar and it did get pretty loud between the piano player and singer and the guests singing along and whatnot. But, it was entertaining and we really enjoyed our dinner. My partner had filet and lobster with french onion soup, I had the fried shrimp with a salad and we shared a shrimp cocktail. The mixture of bread was nice also. We will dine there again.
