My wife & I stopped there on a recent road trip. Food was ok and atmosphere ok, small town cafe type.We both ordered a fish sandwich and the waitress said it came with two sides. We questioned that a sandwich came with two sides, but she insisted. When it came time to pay we were charged for dinners, not sandwiches! The waitress admitted she made a mistake but didn’t change the bill.Guess who is not longer stopping here and recommending that our friends also by pass this place.Sorry, we love small town cafes, but when you make a mistake you should correct it.

We had heard great things about this restaurant and decided to stop by after a football tournament. Sadly, we didnt have the best experience. They were out of Buffalo so we ordered catfish. It isnt the typical Catfish you would find in these parts, its Swai and was very over salted. The cucumbers and onions have zero vinegar in them, at least mine didn't. They were soaked in sugar water?. No kids menu, so we paid over $12 for a hamburger and peaches for our 8 year old. There were only 2 tables total, but the waitress was busy filling ketchup bottles, napkins etc, so didn't tend to our table for refills. When we flagged her down to refill some glasses, she was extremely rude. The chili tastes like it came from a can, the pie we had was Marie Calendar's. We had 3 checks totaling $145 for 5 adults and 2 kids. We should have stuck with our original plan and went to the Stagecoach Inn in Pleasant Hill. They have phenomenal food and excellent service. We wont be back to this cafe?
