This food and wine was spectacular!! I had coconut shrimp and southwest eggrolls and they were so yummy!! We brought home a bottle of Bob White and Hunter Red. The wine was divine!! You have to go here!!

I must say that the Chardonnay at Hopewell is the BEST I have ever experienced. I normally don't drink it. I had it first the first time at Sugar and Smoke in Pittsfield. I am definitely recommending this to the wine lovers out there. Best ever.

It will be awhile until I go back. It was my choice of place to go, because of the seafood broil, for a special celebration. The food was good but it didn’t make up for the extremely poor service, which ruined the day for me.

Wasn't the best seafood boil I've had but the wine and atmosphere was pretty nice. If there would have been a homecoming photo session going on during our stay it may have been better.

We discovered Hopewell wine at an antique store in Gilman. We decided to visit the winery a couple weeks ago. That turned out to be a great decision. The Hopewell Winery is a hidden gem.
The host (K)Caitlyn was awesome!! She welcomed us with open arms and catered to our every need. We tasted numerous wines and enjoyed conversation with Caitlyn and other friendly customers. This really made our experience a lot of fun. To our delight, all the wine was great tasting! We purchased many bottles.
We highly recommend a visit to Hopewell Winery if you are looking for excellent winery. We will be back.

Omg! The pours for the tastings were incredibly small compared to real wineries. The reason I say real wineries is that this was more of a country farm house setting then a winery. We went during the seafood boil and the 2 girls working the front of the house were overwhelmed. As far a the seafood boil goes, the lobster was overcooked, the mushrooms were acidic and I don't even know what kind of butter was used.... Yuck.. The pictures that are shown on FB had us excited for a great time. Not even close to being worth the nearly 2 hour drive we made to get there.
