Upon entry, the dining room smelled of sewage, it was like that the last time I was here over a month ago. But, most unsettling, is how the girl at the counter is rude and combative. The soda was flat

Chicken sandwich was sub-par . The fries, drink and ice cream were great
Ordered and paid online. My 16 year old went to pick up the order and they refused to give it to him because he didn’t have my phone. He had order number and I called and Petra the MOD was very rude! She said it’s been this way for 3 years! Never had issue before. Ridiculous! No other company works like this. What are people to do if they have others picking up for them? The owners are very nice and this manager could of worked with me instead of just flat out saying no....read full review
