For the third time this month I had raw, very cold hash browns. The first time I thought was an oversight, the second time I thought could have been a simple mistake...but the third time? And,every time, I received NO apology, or offer to make it right. I WILL NOT EAT THERE,AGAIN!

It is 7:51 5/15/25. The manager on duty around this time always has an attitude and is very inconsiderate. My husband instantly was like o jeeze I have to deal with this lady again. So when she came out to bring another messed up mckchiken I tried to let her know there has been a glitch in the app and she does not let you speak, says the app is not her problem and has 0% customer service skills. I know we come here entirely too much, but seriously, on a simple order ai just do not understand how people hold management jobs acting like this alllll the time! I wish corporate would recognize this behavior. I wasn't even being rude, she just literally does not care or listen. I mean slumped over attitude and everything.

What a disgrace, I had a iced coffee it literally had 2 pieces of ice so it was warm, yes I counted them. Chicken nuggets taste like they been fried 5 times, fries were soggy. This is not acceptable people work hard for their money and at least want edible junk food.

Everything was ok, except the nuggets were rubbery. The person taking the order was friendly, but the one who brought the order to my car said nothing to me.
One of the worst mcdonald's i have gone to the manager is rude the food is not made well, there is another mcdonald's a few miles away from it and it is far better. Keep away from this mcdonald's!

Walked in at about 5:15PM and saw one other family. It was a disaster with food everywhere. No cup lids, no napkins, garbage was piled so high it was nearly overflowing.
Clearly, the staff don't care about this restaurant.
For those that care, ketchup is only in packets. The amount of waste this creates frustrates me beyond belief. We'll eliminate straws, but you can open a thousand ketchup packets for your family.

Ordered 2 ice cream cones. The girl at the drive thru brought 2 extremely small cones, that she had made, and laughed that they were so small! Tried again tonight, and they were even smaller!! You already charge twice as much as any other McDonald's! Just horrible service and value!!

Over the years they have messed up orders going thru drive thru. Fine, I can handle that I have to then park and go back in. But in the last 2 weeks the drive thru has been so rude, trying to put all my order inside a happy meal box to save what??? I get told it’s all there and now today when I spend “way to much” for a cheap happy meal…..my kid doesn’t even get the toy and my burger is 🤮. Mcdonalds is a special treat for my kids that they don’t get often. But if this is how they treat people….Will NOT go back there
