Not a bad McDonald's at all. Burger and fries were hot, and the customer service was good. I'm not giving 5 stars for this review because the burger was pretty shoddy looking and you could hear an employee sharing a personal story in the kitchen that involved quite a bit of profanity. The food is always warm or hot. Orders are usually correct. But please stop handing out straws with straw-less lids. The straw-less lids are great but your employees are apparently too dim to figure out the concept. If they won't accept the still-wrapped straw back through the window because of possible contamination then stop distributing straws in paper wrappers. Or better yet, stop giving out straws unless customers ask for them. You don't give out straws with hot...

Clearly, the staff don't care about this restaurant.
For those that care, ketchup is only in packets. The amount of waste this creates frustrates me beyond belief. We'll eliminate straws, but you can open a thousand ketchup packets for your family.
