With Heng Weng dropping far from my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area since the new owners, thankfully Absolutely Chinese is now one of my favorites in the northwest suburbs! Picked up the egg rolls and combination fried rice tonight from an owner could not be friendlier and attentive, I loved it all! Fresh and great tasting, I look forward to trying more!
Second time eating here. Both times our food has been bland. Tonight, the meat in our lo-mein seemed to be undercooked because the beef was pink. I will only eat here when my MIL wants to order it. In my honest opinion, you aren't missing much if you are deciding to try it out. I'm sorry!
This review is based on the new owners! We tried this place with old owners and we did not like it. Heard it had new owners so we tried it, SO GLAD we did! Coworker had Mongolian Beef and Eggrolls and said it was really good. I asked if they could make Kung Pao Tofu and they did. That at the veggie fried rice were very flavorful! We have been on the hunt for the best Chinese in the area and now we have found it!! Fried wonton were more like huge strips vs tucked like you are used...
