I go here quite often with my kids. Service is always great. People behind counter are pleasant and nice to customers. Never had any problems. Sometimes even get a free donut. My kids and I love it. There is also a nice park to hang out in the back of the plaza.

We’ve tried this place a few times over a couple years. Each time, someone in our family gets food poisoning. You’re better off going to the nearby grocery store and buying ice cream there.

This is just terrible. And it wasn’t just one time occurrence, the 3rd time here was my last. I thought l, maybe, I didn’t get lucky with the shift, but it seems they don’t have any competent people working there. The place is nasty, bathrooms filthy, the staff knows nothing about their inventory and pays zero attention to customer’s request.

0 stars if I could. We waited forever while the guy working there saw us and refused to serve us, he hid in the back. My boyfriend warned me he’s walked out of this one every time, now I see why. Don’t waste your time! Pathetic, complete lack of service.

Horrible location. I ordered 2 scoops on a regular plain cone. She hands me it in a cup. I repeated, that I cared for a regular plain standard conE. She looks at the counter, lost, and said "we don't have that." even though Im looking RIGHT AT them. After she figured it out, she hands me the 2 smallest scoops Ive ever seen in my life. It's barely even the size of a single scoop at other locations. And there's NO graham cracker in it (Beach day flavor) its supposed to be full of them. NONE. Cause it was the side scrapings of the tub, so it didn't even take like it was supposed to it tasted like frost (if you know what I mean). I mentioned it to her and she just stared at me like I was speaking jibberish. And since the 2nd "scoop" wasnt even pressed onto the bottom scoop, it fell off as soon as I went to take a bite. Save your money and go to a different location.
