Why are we doing one order at a time. Theres a 15 min wait to order then to go to the next car. There’s a line of 10 cars in the drive thru and have the inside closed. This is ridiculous. Bring back the 2 minute timer. I understand stress but this is beyond stress this is not good management

I’m Muslim and ordered the Halloween meal for my family. Our cashier Daniel had to have been high when he took our order because he was struggling to look us in the eye and took a while to put everything in. I asked for no bacon on our sandwiches and when we got home they all had bacon. Keep in mind the food cost is $37 for 2 ppl which isn’t exactly cheap so that was super annoying to find bacon on the sandwiches.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The first lady did not take my money and then when I drove forward to the next window she starts screaming AA. The second person he charged me for a large large cup of ice water and only tried to give me a small cup and argue with me for it. And my onion rings were not fresh.
