Food was excellent as always. The problem was our server “ Hong”. We were seated and waited 15 minutes before waitress appeared She took our menu orders and drink orders. . There was two of us. After 20 good minutes someone delivered my partners dinner. Mine was delivered close to fifteen minutes later. That is totally unethical in my opinion. To finish off her stellar service, she literally disappeared for nearly a half hour and I had to ask for boxes for leftovers. That took another solid 10 minutes. Then I asked for the check which took another ten minutes. She brought our check and I never saw her again because another waitress grabbed it and said she’ll ring it out. I left a measly $5.00 tip for an $80.00 bill!!! And I think I overtipped her!!!

Looking at reviews at Yu's, it seems their service level is falling down ?...
Much less chance to have stressful experience here at Chef Ping to get the same good taste as many of the people here are friendly.

The food is really good! The flavors are authentic, and the fact that the place is full of Chinese customers makes me believe it’s genuine Chinese cuisine.
The only downside was that the owner, Ping, started yelling at a waitress in a very harsh and aggressive way. It completely disrupted the good atmosphere and made everyone uncomfortable. I felt really sorry for the waitress. Fortunately, it didn’t last long—he stopped and went back to the kitchen. For that reason I’m obliged to score with one star overall
Chef Ping was great! We had 4 dishes and 2 appetizers and the food was excellent. The service was fast and friendly as well. We will definitely be back.

The food is always excellent & tonight was no exception however the service was most disappointing. 1 main entree didnt show up for over 20 minutes after the 1st 1 was served to my friend. The server had to be tracked down twice to find out what the problem was. No apology. No follow up. It seemed obvious to us that the order was lost.
