Slowest possible service even when not busy

My second time ever to a chipotle. No real reason, it just never jumps out to me as a place to go. My son wanted to go there after a hockey game. The food was good. Zero complaints here. I got the Steak burrito. The service was quick and we enjoyed it. The only reason for the four stars was the cleanliness we had 10 people and had to all spread out which was difficult with many of the tables being dirty. There were plenty of staff, so I am not sure why there was no attention being payed to the eating side. But we were all happy at the end and went next door to get a smoothie. I will be stopping back at a Chipotle again in the future.

Came here during a lunch rush and I was so impressed. The team got my order done in less than a minute and with smiles. So awesome. Thank you!

This used to be a terrible location, but something seems to have changed. Everything has been better than expected during my most recent two visits.

This restaurant is always dirty. Crumbs and napkins on the table, trash overflowing, trip hazards on the ground. This isn’t an issue in any other chipotle. Staff needs to take more ownership of keeping the place clean

Most of the employees were on their phones. They were very sloppy with their service. As other customers walked in some of the employees huffed & puffed that they had to do their job. Terrible service & would recommend everyone stay away from this location until they find better suited employees.

I never give reviews but this chipotle is horrible for online orders. This is the second time in a row in which they forgot to include the guac. They have forgot chips for us as well. They wrap the skimpiest burritos as well when you place the order online. The location is convenient but we will drive miles out of our way to avoid this location.

Review written 08/02/2025. Convenient pickup drive thru window “Chipotlane”. However sometimes they have missing items (missing side of salsa, etc) so be sure to check the bag before leaving.

I have been a Chipotle customer since few decades. I must say that this location has rank the worst. I ordered two vegi burritos. Rice was not fresh. It made the taste worst. This happened around 8 pm on 8/18

Best Chipotle around, good portions (when you order in person) and the chips are never soggy.
