Ordered a brisket burrito via the app got home and they gave me the burrito bowl. I had to look really hard to find any brisket two very small pieces. I was pretty disappointed won’t order via the app again.

I was greeted and told to give them one minute…..The guys were standing around and one of them had a cold and kept coughing…The young lady was grilling the chicken while moving a ladder and touching the garbage can… I walked out and the team members began to laugh…

I was in this beautiful establishment a few nights ago and do I have a lot to say. The very kind gentleman working the front register (Keith) was very kind and his greeting touched my heart and soul. I asked for a bowl with extra sour cream and to my delight he loaded it up with a very nice 2 extra scoops. Those 2 extra scoops of sour cream blessed my taste buds and tasted angelic with a warm bliss. I would just like to say Keith and his fellow co-workers that night where very kind boys and I can see them doing really well in the future.

After waiting in line for 3 or 4 minutes I watched the burrito maker text on his phone and when he was done he rushed my order through because he didn’t want to keep the others behind me waiting horrible service 1star

This location is a complete joke. You basically get a bowl rice, salsa and sour cream with a tablespoon of meat. No utensils, garbage overflowing. Never coming here again. Avoid this location at all costs!

This place is awful. Should be shut down. Employees don't care.

The cashier straight up ignored me (and everyone else picking up online orders) for several minutes, only to tell all of us our orders weren’t ready yet while completely ignoring the half dozen ready-to-go bags of orders behind her. Eventually flagged down another employee and kindly ask them to check the names on the bags. To no one’s surprise, everyone’s orders had been sitting there getting cold for about 10 minutes.

While I was being ignored, I got the opportunity to take a good look around the place and saw how filthy everything was.

Regarding the food itself, aside from it being cold, the portions of ingredients were all way off and I had fun picking out inedible objects like lettuce stems and pieces of avocado pit.

Needless to say, I will never be returning to this location.

The new location sucks. They moved because they wanted drive thru, but if you don't know, they use smaller portions for drive thru orders. You gotta look them in the eyes as they make it so they put enough food on there. And don't go near closing or lunch, it's crowded and you're more likely to order when they are almost out of an ingredient so they give you less. Get burrito bowls as my friends who works there says they are the easiest for the employees to make and they put the most food in them (maybe burritos have more; I'm not a burrito fan so I don't know that we'll) This is all just general Chipotle advice. The actual quality of the food is always good, no matter how much I get, and I'm left wanting more every time. This location specifically gets 1 star because of the small amount of space. There's barely any room for the line and no outdoor seating. The old location was much better. It was a huge place which always had seats available and many employees working on all areas of the store. The new minimal drive thru oriented stores are so much worse. Also, parking is so hard to get to in this tiny roadside strip mall next to Walmart. You have to squeeze in the one way road going around the front of the store and it's no fun. The old location didn't have great parking either (it's a strip mall in the sea of high traffic roads, what do you expect?) None is this is the employees fault, they have to follow a lot of rules by the corp, so be nice to then. So, overall, great food but I would go to a different location, like Streets of Woodfield, it's a better place in general, even for takeout which is what I normally get.

Disgusting. 90% of the tables were dirty. Garbage was overflowing. And no one working there seemed to care. It’s 1pm in the afternoon. How do you not have someone busing tables, etc. makes me very leery about the cleanliness of the food prep area.
