Went today to get a banana chocolate chip bread. The guy gave me a lemon loaf. I told him I didn’t ask for it and he said we don’t have the banana bread and refused my refund. I will be disputing this charge with my bank

I wish there was a such thing as zero stars I tried to call them and I was going to ask if they had the powder munchkins and they didn’t answer.they have the worst service.lat time I was here they didn’t have powder munchkins.this was the worst Dunkin EVER.🫨

I had a mobile order for a latte and when I got it, it didn’t have much in the cup, it was more foam than anything, the cup felt half way full. Will definitely not return

If I could give no starts I definitely would. Terrible customer service used my points for hashbrowns and as I'm showing the lady the point were redeemed TODAY she told me I'm wrong and don't know what I'm talking about. I'm literally showing her my phone as she's telling me I'm wrong. Ok I'm wrong so it just says it and isn't true? Terrible customer service. Everytime I come here it's another issue.

I purchased 2 dozen donuts and a box of Joe coffee for my employees through the drive-through. I paid and waited on the side for the order. Order was received in a nice bag,but when I got to work there was only one box of donuts.Very disappointing...I call the place,and there is no answer,very disappointed.
Now I will have to go to another place, purchase more donuts ,waste my time,my employees time(second break), tomorrow I have to go get a refund.How do they manage to screw up like this.
Also Dunkin donuts doesn't offer promos like before.I cannot predict the future,but this is a recipe for failure. Thanks

Absolutely horrible customer service. The female manager has the worst attitude I have ever met in my life and continues to criticize people or improperly, inform them of what they are being charged for, and then shows up to deliver their coffee with a laughable amount of a product that she up charges for. There is a girl that is likely high school age that is super sweet, however this unappreciative manager ruins the experience almost every time. Pic to show the amount of cold foam I paid for that was an up charge

The product is cut back so bad and they charge top dollar the service stinks it's like they're doing you a favor the atmosphere I go to another place go to Starbucks at least they care about you got a better product for the money you're spending

We called this Dunkin to place a very large order (over 150 donuts and coffee) for a work event. All the staff were helpful and had items sorted and ready for us ahead of time, ready to put in our cars. Farha was also extremely proactive and helpful with making sure everything was correct and organized for us. Thank you!

My past experiences here were fine, and food has always been good. Recently visited and tried to redeem a free item through the app, and at first I was not understanding why what I ordered wouldn’t work. The worker called over the assistant manager. She was rude, short, rolled her eyes at me a few times. Throughout my interaction with her I was worried I would loose the points I redeemed, and she said I could call to try to get them back. I thought this would be a quick drive thru visit, so my fault you all waited in line?, but towards the end of this conversation the assistant manager complained to the worker helping me that they had a line now. She must realize that the person in the car can hear what you say!? If this person just did her job and talked with me in a more professional friendly manner then this whole process would have gone more smoothly.
