English- At the Dunkin Donuts on Kirchoff in Rolling Meadows, someone treated me like a thief, as if I was stealing from them. I was just there to exchange a gift card I received for Valentine's Day, but they didn't load the money onto it. When I went to complain, a person told me - I don't know their name since they didn't give it, but they mentioned that maybe I had switched the receipt with another card I had. Im warning you guys not to buy gift cards there because the same thing could happen to others as it did to my daughterEnglish- At the Kirchoff's Dunkin donuts in Rolling Meadows, a person treated me as a thief, as if I was stealing from them. I only went to exchange a card that they gave me for February 14 and they didn't put the money in it. I went to claim it. and a person told me I don't know his name if I didn't write it down but he told me that maybe I had changed the receipt for another card that I had, don't go buy cards because the same thing could happen to you as the person who gave them to me. the Target can be stolen

This place is a joke!! Nobody ever knows what is going on. They always mess up the order. Two weeks ago I pulled up and they said they couldn’t take any orders until 7:30am. Today the lady said she didn’t know what I wanted when I asked for a croissant stuffer. ITS ON THE MENU!!! Ridiculous!!

They will repeat your order back to you correctly, but then when you get to the window they will bill you incorrectly, and when you tell them the receipt is incorrect they will respond with “are you changing your order now?” Two drinks on the order, was handed one, then after waiting 2mins for another they looked at me and asked me what was I waiting for, I said my other drink, then they said they didn’t know what it was and I had to show them my receipt so they could make the correct drink…

Customer service in this location is awful. The workers have no manners and just stare at you. No "Hi how are you" or "have a good day" just get your order and leave. Very unpleasant

This location is very hit or miss. Lately I've been getting a lot of misses. They have no idea what they are doing. I ordered an iced coffee with cream, sugar and vanilla like I have done many times before. The girl was so confused and started asking me so many questions about it. Saying they don't have vanilla cream only the syrup...yeah I know just make it like you would a normal iced coffee and add the syrup. What I got looked like swamp water with sugar at the bottom with an absolutely disgusting taste. Another time I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and they gave me a completely different order. This location is more of an inconvenience than anything.

I used to work here, this place is absolutely disgusting and ghetto. Flies everywhere, gunk and junk under the counters and cooking equipment, employees using their bare hands to eat food from the containers. A lot of the employees are rude and lazy who would rather sit in the bathroom in smoke for like 20 minutes than do their job. They always hire people who cannot speak English, which isn’t a problem except they’re always the one doing the communicating with a customer. The training is horrible. There is no respect for basic hygiene practices. Employees often forget to change the coffee, leaving a burnt taste. They don’t care if you ordered decaf, they will give you regular. They will just water down regular coffee if anything. The donuts are always full of flies. Honestly this whole place needs to be shut down or something

I'm not sure what is going on here, but when you order at the drive thru it is never understood, and then when you get to the window, you repeat the order again, and it is started. You might as well just order at the window. It is all a very confusing experience. I only go here, when it is the most convenient, but try to avoid it.

This place sucks. How am I gonna order something on the app and still be asked “um what did you order?”. What are yall doing with the papers? Most of the people they hire there are low intelligence. They need to be shut down or something

I will never go to this location again. I ordered a box of hot chocolate for an event (24 hours in advance). When I went to pick up at the scheduled time, I was told they dont have a machine to make it. I asked 1. Why the app let me order and 2. Why wasnt I called ahead of time? No one could come up with a solution and they didnt want to make me individual hot chocolates. Took 10 minutes for a refund. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered 10 mins a head of time, no one else was in line. There were 4 employees standing around chit chatting and drinks were not even made. Once it was done Ive asked for drinks to be filled to top, but was brought back and coffee was still unfilled. Coffee also tasted burnt.. will not return to this location. I have gone to many Dunkins for years and never had an experience like this one
