Terrible experience overall. I went through the drive-thru and the woman taking my order seemed to be half listening— I repeated my order several times and still got the wrong coffee twice. I get Dunkin’ two or three times each week, and I have never been this disappointed by any other store. The coffee that I did receive, despite one being wrong, also tasted terrible and completely watered down. My wake-up wrap also came out of the sleeve without an egg. The egg was clearly outside of the tortilla as they put it into the sleeve and it resulted in a weird, gross, slimy product.

Super slow service coffee tasted awful workers don’t speak English
I sometimes had to go to this establishment. I want to say that the employees do not cope with their work. They run between the hall and the drive-thru. People in the hall wait for a long time. When you come in, they do not greet you warmly and are ready to take your order, you have to ask them to come to you. I asked for my order, they asked me to start, they said give me a minute. I said ok, and this minute dragged on for as long as 10. Although I only had one drink! I say that I apologize, you showed a minute, and I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes, and only with these words did they start making my coffee. which they prepared in less than a minute. But I spent about 20 minutes on everything, which in reality should not have lasted more than 5.

Donut place that ran out of donuts at 1 on a Saturday? Embarrassing. The service is slow and they make their drinks worse than other locations
Inside they don't acknowledge you unless you make yourself as seen as possible. Slow. Drive thru, they barely talk over speaker, don't tell you total. Service takes forever, about 2-3 mins before they even grab your card sometimes. I've waited 10 for a coffee for no apparent reason. They can't even place cheese on a sandwich proper. Overall they should fire all of the staff and start over.

No joke was the best bagel I’ve ever had at any Dunkin location. Bread was crunchy on the outside soft on the inside and they didn’t cake on 2 pounds of cream cheese like all the other places.

I went here last Sunday around noon, and the employee was so unnecessarily snippy and rude. I waited at the drive through order speaker for like a minute and then said "hello?" And he responded in a very irritated tone, saying "gimme a second."
I'm usually a chill customer and I understand the food industry is not the most rewarding job - but I was taken aback by all of the employees' snippy condescending responses to the point where I asked him "what is with the attitude?" By the time I pulled up to the window, I realized he hadn't even rung up my order. I had to re-tell him my drink, and then he almost forgot to put in my food. Like, tell me you don't give a shit without saying you don't give a shit ? the whole experience was so jarring I forgot to scan my app for points so I lost out on almost $9 of rewards, and oh yeah, he was condescending about that too. I'm not going back to this dunkin. Ever.

I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The young man behind the counter was extremely slow and seemed completely disengaged. Despite there being only one other customer, I waited over 15 minutes while he made two cups of coffee. He didn't even get to taking my order during this time.
His behavior made me question if he was under the influence or simply lacked proper training. If he hasn't been trained adequately, it's unacceptable to leave him alone to handle customers. If he has been trained, then his performance was way below par. His appearance was also unprofessional, wearing pants that were far too large and looking dazed and confused.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and left a lot to be desired in terms of service and professionalism.
