Don't come to this stop especially during morning as old lady with tons of attitude works here and she is ready to destroy your beautiful morning!!! I reminded multiple times that she should not show her anger and attitude to customers and that is not nice ... and in return she told me with hand gesture that I talk to much 😅😅
If I am store owner I would immediately ask her to change her attitude or her work place

The only reason I go to this Dunkin’ is cause it is close to my job. But the amount of times I have gone there has always been an issue. Staff needs corrective training for sure as I have seen many comments agree. I will normally get a bagel and cream cheese. Which if you ask for anything aside from plain cream cheese they will give you plain cream cheese. Or ask for 2 you will only get one. Staff is not friendly and I get it early hours stink but you chose the job you need to deal with the hours. They don’t need to be the happiest ever when dealing with customer but don’t be ignorant. Anyways rambling on here. They needs a whole makeover with staff and the food served.

I tried to give this Dunkin another chance because the other that I go to was crazy jampacked. So I ordered the six dollar meal and not only was the sandwich burned, but they also only gave me three hashbrowns and a coffee is very meh. Obviously, the staff doesn’t check their orders before they give it to their customers and also I was asked what sandwich I got and they told me the wrong one. I said no that’s the six dollar meal sandwich obviously comes with bacon and she wanted to give me a sandwich that we had sausage. I know this is a long and annoying review with me just complaining, but they need to do something about this location because every single time there’s always something wrong with someone’s order and I know I haven’t been the only one that has had an issue with this place

Stopped in to get a coffee. Server walked away after she looked right at me. Stood there waiting for a while finally asked the gas station side for assistance, couldn’t understand him. Found the Dunkin’ lady in her office asked for help, again couldn’t understand her. Asked for a nitro cold brew iced coffee. She poured just a nitro and handed me the cup. Will not be stopping here again.

Very disappointing experience. The lady in the picture was rude with terrible customer service and gives Dunkin’ a bad name.

Terrible experience overall. I went through the drive-thru and the woman taking my order seemed to be half listening— I repeated my order several times and still got the wrong coffee twice. I get Dunkin’ two or three times each week, and I have never been this disappointed by any other store. The coffee that I did receive, despite one being wrong, also tasted terrible and completely watered down. My wake-up wrap also came out of the sleeve without an egg. The egg was clearly outside of the tortilla as they put it into the sleeve and it resulted in a weird, gross, slimy product.

Super slow service coffee tasted awful workers don’t speak English

I sometimes had to go to this establishment. I want to say that the employees do not cope with their work. They run between the hall and the drive-thru. People in the hall wait for a long time. When you come in, they do not greet you warmly and are ready to take your order, you have to ask them to come to you. I asked for my order, they asked me to start, they said give me a minute. I said ok, and this minute dragged on for as long as 10. Although I only had one drink! I say that I apologize, you showed a minute, and I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes, and only with these words did they start making my coffee. which they prepared in less than a minute. But I spent about 20 minutes on everything, which in reality should not have lasted more than 5.

Donut place that ran out of donuts at 1 on a Saturday? Embarrassing. The service is slow and they make their drinks worse than other locations

Inside they don't acknowledge you unless you make yourself as seen as possible. Slow. Drive thru, they barely talk over speaker, don't tell you total. Service takes forever, about 2-3 mins before they even grab your card sometimes. I've waited 10 for a coffee for no apparent reason. They can't even place cheese on a sandwich proper. Overall they should fire all of the staff and start over.

No joke was the best bagel I’ve ever had at any Dunkin location. Bread was crunchy on the outside soft on the inside and they didn’t cake on 2 pounds of cream cheese like all the other places.
