I have refrained from going to this location after the last awful experience. The customer service here is not great imo. This used to be the only location I would patronize because it is closer to my home. After so many unpleasant experiences from patiently waiting in line on a not so busy day, the store manager proceeded to break the line and half and proceeded to take the customer behind me instead of the next in line. I decided to speak up and the manager proceeded to argue with me all while I'm with my grandchild. I have had other minor issues such as my order not being correct but this was the last time I patronized this location.

While trying to order the woman taking our order continued to say anything else prior to me even finishing the word coming out of my mouth. I asked for butter pecan flavor 2 times with a response of anything else before I even finished. My husband then said if she said anything else one more time we would leave. She finally acknowledged by saying butter pecan flavor. ANYTHING ELSE. yes. A different restaurant for our coffee and food. We left. Will never return.

Service is terrible at this location. I let it go the first time when the girl decided to take out the garbage before taking my order. Attitude will get you nowhere, very disappointed in the service/attitude I have received and will not be returning.

Very disappointing lately at this location! Can't seem get orders correct, some of the female staff are very rude!! The drive thru seems to take the longest at this location even though there are several staff.One staff is running around working while the others are standing around just talking & laughing with one another instead of working. I will drive out of my way to get my coffee elsewhere, instead of getting it from here where I drive past it every morning.
