We ordered biryani from here and paid $40 + tax. All we got was lots of rice, lots of bones with hardly any meat on them. Very expensive rice we just purchased from this place. If you are ordering food for special occasion, you will probably be embarrassed serving.

Awesome and delightful food, I liked the ambience the spot has, and the staff members were nice. I will definitely come back.

To be honest this place is ok. I really didnt like it. The only thing I like was the price real cheap . Not much flavor or spice .... I had better places I been that serve better and taster Biryani . Over all I do recommend checking this place for yourself and decide but for me I will never visit this restaurant again.

Unfortunately I cannot give it 0 stars. Chicken biryani: worst ever. I ordered the fp4 and we ended up ordering from someone else too because it was basically not even remotely close to Biryani. It was boiled rice with some chicken flavoring. Just sad.

DENIED SERVICE. PROBLEM CHEF. I had thoroughly enjoyed my vegetable biryani previously at this restaurant so I made the trek again with a friend. We arrived at 8:40PM The restaurant closes at 10PM. We put through our order to the very friendly employee. He said he would have to check with the chef on my friends order. He thought they might be out of that particular item. We saw another man peek through the window in the door to the kitchen. Presumably this was the chef as this is a very small storefront restaurant. Then, the original employee returned and politely told us that they were out of all of the dishes and that we would not be able to order food at all. This seemed strange as the restaurant would be open for another hour and 20 minutes. There was a family there eating food that looked like it had just been served moments before. Also, as we were in the parking lot looking for another place to eat, we observed several other customers obtaining their food both on a take out and dine in basis. All of the other customers appeared to be of Indian heritage. My friend and I are not. I can only imagine why we were turned away as my friend and I were both dressed appropriately and very polite. We were both excited to be eating there again. Disappointing and frankly, hurtful.

This review is for the following items Samosa - Best I've had in a while Haleem - Best I've ever had Chicken biryani - Authentic and tasty! Chicken kebab - Good Chai Tea - Irani chai fosho! Biryani pot is authentic Hyderabadi. You could taste the freshness and authenticity in every dish. Glad we didn't completely rely on the yelp stars and decided to give it a shot. Excellent food and service. Thanks to the owner, the young gentleman at the front desk and the chef. God bless

This place has some of the most delicious mutton biryani ive had here in illinois! Hyderabadi style, my favorite! Their chai was also pretty good! I havent tried anything else, but when I do, I will update on how I like it too! The price is pretty reasonable too!!

Just from the trust of biryani I had in Biryani Pot,Bay Area, visited this place. This is the worst so called Hyderabad dum biryani ever I had. The rice is not boiled properly and the biryani is so wet moisture of oil & water. And the chicken never tasted like a dum mixed chicken. I threw this out after the To-go. Not at all satisfied.

Food was mediocre. I ordered the butter chicken and it wasn't good at all.the chicken was undercooked and it wasn't season properly. Overall experience was not good.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Food was terrible for the price I paid. I regret going there.

Some of the best real Indian food you can get in Chicago. I've eaten at most of the places considered "good food". But this place is actually authentic Indian food. It's like eating in Hydrobad india India. Would also take this place over anything in Devon. (Would post a pic but the foods all gone) 5/5

First time in there couple days ago. They had quotes on biryani - agreed with all of them. Chicken biryani and 65 were spot on for a very reasonable price point. Quantity was fabulous too. Will check in soon for other dishes soon...
