Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered through Uber Eats and the restaurant was "preparing" my ONE sandwich for 45 minutes. When I canceled, I was still charged since the restaurant was already preparing my sandwich. How can it possibly take more than 45 minutes to prepare a cold sub?? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

After ordering through the app, i went to the pickup window as directed, at the time my sandwich was to be ready. I waited 15 minutes for the cars in front of me to just sit at the window waiting for their orders. When it was finally my turn, no one was at the window. The young lady finally came and said "Sorry, I didn't know anyone was waiting" even though I was in line already, with more cars behind me. Have cars whose orders aren't ready park so others can move through. Have you ever been to a good restaurant that knows how to do this? Thanks for the cold sandwich ( which was supposed to be hot). She gave me a BOGO coupon but that means I have to spend more money at this poorly run place.

I get it. You were extremely busy with only 3 people working behind the counter. However, if you're not going to have anyone hand out orders through the pickup window then don't have the pickup window open. Put a sign up or something. Several people were trying to pickup their orders with no one coming to the window. There are also counters to put mobile orders on that are never used. That's just laziness.

This location was my first time and the service and environment was amazing. Staff was very friendly and before I left I wanted to buy a cookie and one staff member handed me a cookie free of charge. This location cares about there customers and I felt like a home here. Highly recommend coming to this location.
Parking: The parking lot is small so had to park on the side of the building but it’s fine doesn’t matter to me.

Honestly the energy is great in here. As a customer i feel very respected and that i am in good hands.Not to knock the chipotle but over there they really dont seem to care, tables are dirty, etc. It goes a long way to have this level of service and the food is great. Will definately be coming back.

Usually every time we come here everything is very good but today not the lobby was a mess tables and floors were disgusting garbage all over I had to clean the table in order to eat my food.
