Usually every time we come here everything is very good but today not the lobby was a mess tables and floors were disgusting garbage all over I had to clean the table in order to eat my food.

I came in at the most busiest peak time on a Sunday, not only was the staff super busy but they were apologizing to every one ordering and informing that it would be a 5 minute wait time. Not once did they lose their cool, they persistently worked through each hot & cold sub! Very respectful and polite staff. Great J Mike’s location and make the best Roast Beef & American Cheese subs in the area!

Rolling Meadows store is a complete fiasco. Zero ability to manage the online orders vs. walk ins. Guy made 5 online sandwiches with me standing in front of him before looking up. After eating, I went to leave and my pants stuck to the chair (nasty).Been to a lot of stores. NEVER coming back to this one.
First time at this location, the staff was really friendly with great energy , and the food tasted great ! Highly recommend this location !

Came in about 30 minutes before closing time, and they were out of bread for the subs. I guess they were too lazy to bake more. Other than this experience, I would recommend this location, just watch out what time you go.

I requested 2 sandwiches. One a regular and one mini, except both were a regular. I could get them to change that because the Manager was so busy yelling at his staff he didn't lusters to me. Then going down the line as they finish making the sandwiches i see the worker is about to close the sandwich but no bacon and my bread was Italian, So then I said never mind then I don't want the sandwich because you don't have Rosemary bread or bacon. So I left. I'm in my car out comes the manager filming me . I get out and ask "what's the problem?" That's when things got scary. He said I had to pay to the sandwiches if not I got you on camera as prof of running away and have the cops on speed dial just have to press the button. He's yelling during all this. I said but why I never received them nor did I get what I wanted. He said but a sandwich was made, besides you were on your phone the whole time. I told him I was on my home trying to get my coupon for a free sub that was about to expire from T-Mobil. so i was so scared and upset I went in paid and let. Rest of the night I was so stressed I could not relax or sleep. He was very rude to his staff. They all looked confused on what they were doing. There were other customers. the place was not a friendly place for anyone. I don't recommend that Jersey Mikes.
