This place needs better customer service. I walked up to the counter and there was no greeting or a hello. Girl with the glasses just stared at me. Then I asked about a drink and even the second girl that came up to counter proceeded to take her headphone out and looked bothered that I was there. Love kungfu tea but won’t be back .

First time going there and we are a party of 9. There are only 2 staffs but they move so quick taking and making our orders as well I believe online orders. They greeted us with a smile and happily explained everything on the menu also their raffle/ promo/. The ambience is great. The place is clean. I got the Sesame Matcha Milk and it was good.

The tea was good, and I appreciate that the sweetness level can be adjusted, but they are kind of stingy because they won't accept card unless you order $10 or more. I also feel really bad for the employees because it was a hot summer day and they had the door open and no air conditioning. I was only there for 10 minutes to order and was starting to sweat.

My fiance and I come here all the time. He loves their coco lava slush. I almost always get the rosehip milk tea. Definitely my favorite drink there. The customer service is always pleasant. Almost everytime we go there Violet is working and she's great!

Ordered a classic milk tea with boba, it tastes like dish detergent, not sure if it is the milk tea or the boba. Won't come back again.
