Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered 45 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait for food for over half an hour. Plus they didn’t give us the right food/missed items.

I called in an order for an hour later pickup. Order was not ready at correct time. After waiting 25 minutes past pick up time, order was still not ready and was obviously not prioritized. I was only able to grab 2 sorry looking “hot and ready” pizzas. My party event was ruined.

They gave me breadsticks that were raw…. They were literal dough absolutely disgusting. A literal health hazard

Staff was overwhelmed due to one of their ovens not working. Staff messed up the pizza that I ordered. Manager was unprofessional and rude. The manager was screaming at her staff for her own mistakes. She kept blaming the oven was broken and could not provide me with a refund. Manager informed me that she would have the order ready within ten minutes. I waited another 30 minutes and they still not have the pizza ready. When I asked again how long it would take, the manager told her staff that she didn’t care and did not have time for this. Then another female staff stated that the manager just barely put the pizza in the oven. I simply wanted a refund. A male staff member gave me cheese bread and wings instead. Very unprofessional of the manager to behave that way with her employees and customers.

They need to hire more people, very short staff... had to wait about 5 minutes before they acknowledged I was even there, both for ordering and picking up...

The pizza was ok and the wo.an working the counter the other evening had no personality at all and seemed pretty rude and like she didn't like her job or dealing with customers ! Not good service

I usually don’t leave reviews on food chains but this Little Caesar’s does their pizza and Italian cheese bread the best I’ve ever had from any other location

They always put the call in hold, which makes it impossible to place an order. Why to keep place open if you do not want to serve customers?

Love the crazy bread, but delivery is awful. If you order a drink, they will not deliver it - period. At this point Little Caesars owes me a fridge of 2 liters. I've tried calling nicely and telling the store, but they don't take it seriously, so here's a review. Order the pizza and crazy bread, but don't order a drink.

Who ever made the pizzas today on 3/24 at 1:24pm central deserves a raise cause they made the pizza PERFECT

THE 1 STAR is for the jerks that come after just glob the sauce on and the pizza sucks compared to the afternoon 3/24 employee mentioned above

Who ever does it later does not care where I'll have one bite of just a overwhelming amount of tomato sauce then another part of the pizza that doesn't have any

the worst little caesar’s the manager is so disrespectful and rude i never been more disappointed in this place i will never come back again i will be calling corporate he should not be a manager at all. he is every rude person …
