Horrible drive thru service. Welcomed at the window with a employee who clearly didn’t want to be there. Never said a single word. Handed drinks over, of course no carrier. Handed food, no thank you, over any acknowledgement. Pull away while wife checked contents to find we were shorted a order of fries. Spin back around and up to the window. 45 min wait for ice cream with kids and they tell me I need the App ! Then since it was a line I downloaded and get up to window to hear the machine is broken! The manager and employees were so rude had no compassion for the kids! They don't even use manners! I will be happy to bring our business to another store! This was final straw!!�
