I didn’t even get a chance to order. McDonald’s over the last few years has decided not to staff the front register. It is not the fault of the McDonald’s employees that work at this location or any other, but I stood at the counter for close to seven minutes while several of the employees glanced in my direction. At no point did anyone come up or say we will be with you in a second. Even if you order at the self kiosk, if you have cash, you still have to wait for them to take the cash to process your order.

McDonald’s with a play place that’s constantly out of apple slices. Last time, they offered a second order of fries. This time, they just didn’t give them to us. I point blank asked them, “So we paid for apple slices, but you’re just not giving them to us and not saying anything.” Their answer was, “Yep.”

The forced kiosks and app only deals are evil. New plan. Those locations that go only kiosk will never get my money. I'll only collect free food from points at those locations. Then do the survey and give the worst possible score telling them it's because they are kiosk only, and I'll never give them my money.

I ordered an iced coffee and it had coffee grounds. All over the bottom of the cup. I really don't like to taste coffee grounds. I couldn't even drink it.And I had to go to work, so I didn't have time to get a different one.
