I just ordered a sausage egg McMuffin today, and what i got was egg muffin. I went back, and tell that was my order was incorrect. I ordered a SAUSAGE EGG MCMUFFIN. The Lady staff who took my order was getting angry and yelling in front of me, and instead of saying sorry for getting my order wrong, what she did was cussed me out in Spanish Language, as if I don't understand. I am very disappointed with the service and atmosphere that they portray in this situation. Honestly, if i can give it a 0 stars, i will. I UNDERSTAND that it might be busy, or she misheard my order. However, it is not necessary to get angry and yell. It is very inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I got my correct order which was the sausage McMuffin, the food that they had given me was not okay. The egg smells bad- it looks blackish, and not even cooked properly, so it is not even eatable.

I don't recommend this McDonald's. You can choose any other one just not this one. there food is really Dry to be McDonald's. It took 15 to 20 minutes just for me to get my food. The food again dry (The food tasted like they had the burger patties over night). So again choose a different McDonald's don't go here their food to dry they take too long for you to get your food. Most McDonald's have it like you come ask for what you want you pay and it's ready. So again please choose a different McDonald's

Absolutely horrible I ordered 10 minutes in advance to my lunch break at work on the app and had to wait and extra 15 minutes for my food when I got there even though the email said my food was done, I believe the workers gave my food to someone else this is so unprofessional and embarrassing. I ordered ahead so I didn’t have to wait and yet I was the last one served waiting. Don’t ever order from this place

I said thank you at 2255 hours to the Spanish lady who brought food to me on 23june2025, no smile, made eye contact, I'll give her that, no response to me, nothing but she did open blinds for me and looked at my cell phone for whatever reason for I was using it as I thanked her when she brought the food.
