DO NOT goto this location after 10pm! Their night shift will either give you the wrong order or give you overcooked food with no toppings or condiments. When attempting to have the staff remake the order, the staff refused and said they were closing.

The customer service was horrible we had to wait 10 minutes for 4 ice creams and fries. We told them we have been waiting and they got upset at us. Also just to state there were workers and they were not busy at all there were only us and another customer and maybe 1 or two in the drive thru, so there was no reason for the long wait. Then they poured half a cup of ice cream then filling it normally and they put a small drizzle of fudge. We told them and they got more upset and said this is what you get now at mcdonald’s, which is wrong because we have been to others and it was filled normally. And our fries were stale and cold. Overall horrible experience with food and customer service. I would give ZERO stars.

We placed the mobile order on New Year's Eve. We got there a few minutes after 8:00 p.m. and they were closed and refused to give us the order. Now we have to fight to get our money back. They did refund us several days later. No problems since.

Went through drive through for one item only. Small Mocha Frappe, but it was not properly blended and just full of ice overall. Had 3 drinks of it and it was done, only a pile of ice remained. Waited for a long while through drive through, all for 3 drinks and a cup full of ice, very disappointing.

After noticing that several of the seating areas weren't cleaned, I informed one of the staff members and she replied "Can't you find another table"? No the response that I was expecting after spending $50+. After having me waiting 10 minutes, another staff member came out to clean the area I needed with a dry napkin. I will never recommend or return to this location. Also, When you are ordering from you app., you put in you table number and they are suppose to bring you meal (s) out to the table! I had to go to the counter to retrieve my meal (s). The fries were cold! Not a pleasant experience overall!

Purchased a large fry in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes for it. And they filled it halfway with fries and gave it out. The fries were also not that hot or fresh. What the hell is going on at this location? Need better management. This speaks for itself. The place is a joke. Saw literally 2 managers put the fry in the bag. So they both knew what they did as it was probably intentional.

We got curbside pick up for us to wait 20 minutes then my husband goes inside we are told that they don't have screens right now and then they give my husband his sprite for them to not have syrup either so after waiting now 40 minutes we get our food but no compensation it wasn't that busy either. Please do better mcdonalds.

Went to McDonald’s to order 3 drinks and two donuts. The two donuts were given incorrectly. I told the gentleman that I ordered a different kind, he took them off my hands in a rude manner. When I paid for my food, he was inside couldn’t hear the total, so I just paid. They gave me 2 out of the 3 drinks. Told the gentleman in the nicest way possible that I ordered two cokes and a sprite. He then proceed with “give me the other drink”, and I repeated myself to tell him my order again. He charged me for the third drink, since in the previous charge they didn’t. He rudely gave me the drink. Extremely bad customer service!

Please disable the table service in the app since they never brought my order to my table. Walked up to the counter to try to figure out what was taking so long only to find my order sitting there getting cold. Never going to use this feature again.

The moment it gets dark out don’t bother with the drive thru. Everytime it’s after 9 which is when I get off work and try to stop I end up waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes before anyone even starts talking. Employees always look like they are just wondering around and joking around instead of making the food. The drive thru service is overall just really bad.

Manager is so mean when u ask for fresh food. Then doesn’t make the order how it’s ordered, glad it was checked first or we’d be in the E.R. 45 e golf road location is cheaper and the food is always correct and fresh. Highly recommend this location over this ignorant location.
