Great spot for dim sum in the suburbs. I feel like nothing is really the same as Chinatown but it's nice to have something close by

Food was great, restaurant is clean, service needs improvement. Yes it was a busy Sunday but we had to flag someone down every time we needed something

All the items we ordered were delicious. Since we only travel to Toronto, Ontario, where there are very delicious, renowned dim sum spots that we can enjoy, a few times a year, MingHin is the closest match to that level of quality nearby. We will definitely keep coming back.

This is one of the restaurants that I would go when I want Chinese food. I was very happy when I went last time and found out that their dishes had been improving. It was impressive to see them adding more traditional herbs to their dishes. We're eating for nutrients, not just for the taste.

I was very excited to come to MingHin Cuisine, since I had never tried dim sum before, but all I had heard about it sounded delicious (and I love all styles of dumplings!) However, I'm feeling a little disappointed after building myself up.

The restaurant was very clean and has beautiful decor -- we were seated right away, and asked if we wanted tea and/or water. After a staff member brought those...we heard nothing from the employees. I expected someone to ask if we had questions/needed help, even if we wanted refills, but other than waving someone down, we never heard from the staff, not even to announce what each dish was as they silently brought it to the table. At one point, my family was just puzzling over which sauces were supposed to be used with what food (some orders come with small, different plates of sauce, but because they brought out multiple orders at a time, we weren't sure what sauce complimented what).

So, I honestly felt a little lost from beginning to end -- do I use the modern ipad, or the paper ordering sheet they give? What do we do if we decide to order more food/dessert after our first order? (they took the ipad after the first order).

The food itself was pretty decent -- all the shrimp dumplings we tried were good, the sticky rice in lotus leaf was lovely and everything from the deep-fried section was solid! The vegetable crepes were rather pungent and tough to bite through, and the BBQ pork turnover had a mealy-meat texture that was unpleasant.

So, while I recommend the restaurant if you're curious about dim sum, you might feel the environment is a little unfriendly/confusing.

All parties must be there before the host takes you to your table. The chicken feet are never a disappointment! Delicious food and good fast service. Definitely check it out if anyone in the area 💯

Dinsums are good and its your typical Chinese place. The taste is always consistent. Was too busy to take more pics to post

Disrespectful, impolite, and impatient manager. Please do not waste your money here.

We ordered thru UBER Eats Dec 27, the egg drop soup has no taste at all. Definitely they must forgotten to taste it before serving or packing the order. The mix veg lo mein is too oily the same as the roasted duck. Siomai and pork belly were the only order that is worth paying for. I will not recommend your food. And this is not the first time we order from you. The food wasn't worth what I paid for it.I do regret not taking the pictures but its the taste that I want the management to hear from us, your customer.

Ordered the Salted Egg Yolk shrimps from the daily specials. The shrimp weren’t deveined, which made them inconvenient and messy to eat, and most of the salted egg coating came off when peeling, kind of defeating the purpose of the dish.

The beef brisket also had a burnt taste, There was black char on some of the meat, and it had mixed into the soup as well. This isn’t my first time here, but the food quality today was below their usual standard. The shrimp really should be deveined.
