I been here few times. When I come here with my asian family, they are okay. However, when I come here with my non asian family or friends , Every time I come here the service is always BAD, HORRIBLE !! Servers , Manager, Everybody is so RACIST. They look at you some type of way. They only come when they ask for your order and payment, NOTHING ELSE. They don't even ask you if you need anything else. Food seems like they been ready for a very long time, and when it was served, It was cold. The appetizer was undercooked. If I could give it a zero star, I would.
I hope that you would take this seriously as an advice to improve and to better your restaurant. Please do some service training to your employees of how to treat other people better regardless of their race, and be compassionate about what they do. As for the food, it is necessary to make sure that food is always serve hot and cook. Lastly, for the manager, he needs to do some serious training about how to be a leader, I think he should start by himself tho.

Excellent Chinese restaurant with banquet style tables. Delicious dim sum, especially the potstickers and shrimp crepe. The salt and pepper Japanese style tofu is delicious. The orange chicken and fried rice are also good. Great service and reasonable prices.

I had West Lake Beef Soup and softshell crabs in three of Minton restaurants, and they are all very tasty. Dimsum dishes are must try items, very traditional, very Hongkong. Service is exceptional in all three locations. Servers are in uniform and pretty clean. Tables are good distance apart, very easy for people to walk in and out.

The place is very clean and there is plenty of parking spaces. The food is great depending on which dishes you order. I’ve been here several times for dim sum and it’s really been a hit or miss. Some seem like they’ve been steamed earlier in the day and arrive to your table cold, but sometimes it’s fresh and warm. Last time I ordered the fried rice with shrimp and they literally just tossed nine pieces of luke warm shrimp onto the rice that seemed that had been cooked earlier in the day. Customer service is zero as many times I’ve had to wave the waiters down and once seated it will be a while to get service to your table. The tea, as mentioned in other reviews, is truly fantastic.

The service is terrible and the workers are racist. When my family and I walked in they gave us the worst seat possible which is the very corner and we had 5 people at a 4 person table. So, then she showed us a table and said "can you finish before 6?" When it was already 5:30 when we walked in. Then another worker came and told us we could sit there and then she comes back and says we can't because she already told us we can't. Also it was the front desk girl and gave us side eyes and looks the whole time. Then another family walked in that's a different race than us and the same girl gives them the seat that we were supposed to "finish at six" when they didn't have a reservation for that table either.
never eat the food. I ate orange chicken and now my stomach hurts a lot.
