I ordered beef sticks and egg rolls, along with hot and sour soup, chicken curry and the spicy shrimp with vegetables and rice. A lot of food to take home. Next time wife will enjoy going to Ming Hin.

The dim sum at this restaurant is just ok. The ordering is via IPad which is interesting. The dim sum comes ala carte instead of from a cart. Even with it coming straight out of the kitchen, the food didn’t come out hot which is disappointing.

This is our second time dining in. We brought our one year old son in. The initially waiters were good but we had one of the waiters who exclaimed at the floor beneath our son's high chair and loudly said 'aiyaaaaaaaah' and with the face of disgust. The food that we cleaned up before we left. If you are so opposed to having kids in your restaurant then say so ...... That was really upsetting. It felt like everyone just hustled to get us out of there. No one smiled or greeted us. Our son kept looking at each of them smiling .....besides the initial waiter who was nice, everyone else just were rude. If kids learning to eat and making a mess ( that we clean up at the end of the meal) is upsetting, then find another job or let it be known that your restaurant is not kid friendly.

We have been to this restaurant many times over the last several years but this was the WORST experience ever!! As other reviews pointed out, the food was served lukewarm and main course was average at best. The hostess was very rude. She threw the menus and iPad on the table and walked away and we felt very unwelcome at the restaurant. We no longer recommend this restaurant. It completely went downhill. All the servers seem angry about working there.
Very rude staff and food is about average. My pork buns were undercooked so I mentioned it to the waiter, he called his manager she inspected it then took it off the bill then another manager came to lecture me how I don’t understand anything about buns and that they don’t undercook them. Meanwhile I’m almost done with eating the rest of the food and they haven’t even brought all the items that I ordered. I guess if you want undercooked food, unsolicited lectures how you don’t understand shutting about food and messed up orders, this is the place for you!

I have experienced many dim sum in Ca, Ny, DC, Va... and many other places, but I have never felt the difference since a friend took me here and enjoyed it. . This is a huge difference in service and food. MingHin Cuisine gives me a very special feeling, they have a variety of dim sum dishes, lots of choices for you. I have never eaten at a dim sum restaurant as delicious as here. Shrimp dumplings, thin shell and lots of fresh shrimp. Beef triple does not smell bad and has a rich flavor. the bun is really good too, soft and not dry. I commend their way of doing business, the service staff is very welcoming, they always take care of customers happily and respect them. They made a very strong impression on me.

I’ve been here for a few times, always satisfied with their food and services. The Tim Sum was very delicious and hot served. Roasted duck and crispy pork belly was amazing! The buns tasted so good.The staffs were prompt and polite. The restaurant was bright and clean.Strongly recommended.
