The food is so-so, I go to many cities in Panda, but here it’s not great.

My girlfriend and I ordered thru the app had no problems, until we got a call back saying that they didn’t have enough white rice for the both of us. I said ok I’ll do half white rice and half greens on one and the there takes the rest of the rice. They ended up giving my order correct except the greens were total mush I coudnt even eat them, and my girlfriend ended up with chow mein which she does not enjoy at all. I don’t understand how you guys got it all mixed up even after a simple phone call.

I get it. It can get busy. But all people in front of me got their food and they kept serving new people. Poor management. Not coming back!

Worst Panda Express ever never go after 8pm they have no food ready, they say 15 min wait, then the us the fresh for online tske out before customers waiting in line !!! Waste of time and terrible service

i got 3 PIECES OF CHICKEN.. so disappointing, not worth it . my friend got ALOTTT of onions instead of the noodles. very disappointing.

Toilets smelled terrible. Went in to wash hands as was disgusted. slow service. Ordered because i needed to eat. Turned me off the whole brand.

Wouldn’t be able to rate the food, because what was supposed to be a 5 minute wait turned into a 40 minute wait. I came in before 6+ other people that had to wait but everyone was helped before I was. I am understanding that they run out of food and have to make more but to wait 40 minutes? I bet other times when they have food made and it’s not as busy it’s a nice place but until I see that it has to be one star.

2nd time ordering Uber eats panda and it’s been cold, stale, and gross. I think they give the old food to Uber eats people so they can blame it on the delivery and not the fact they gave me gross food. Also gave me spicy orange chicken not orange chicken.
Came here on a busy office lunch. I was told 5 min for meat to be ready 30 min wait and still here.

Since the remodel, I feel the food has been better quality than it used to be. This location has really stepped it up with speed of service and quality food!
