Unfortunately this place is not as tasty as other Panda branches. Today I was completely disappointed - came at 9:30pm, made an order. When I started eating, I saw that they put only 4 pieces of shrimp, and instead of beef, there was almost only broccoli. Apparently they are trying to stretch the rest of the stuffing so that it would be enough for other latecomers, as the kitchen is not cooking anything at this time.

Long wait, got the last bit of chicken from the bowl. I kind of wish they'd have waited until a new/fresh batch was out because the bottom of the pot were pretty small pieces, so more of the frying batter than chicken.

we were discriminated against by the staff. I went to eat with my family. We ordered our food and were told to sit down. Other people arrived and were served, but we weren't served. From the beginning, the man who served us was hostile and refused to serve us, pretending not to understand what we were asking for. In the end, we had to leave because our food was never served and we were ignored.

This place should be labeled as online order only. They will ignore you for ten minutes as they prepare online orders, and by the time they’re done, there’s no entrees left for the people in line to order in person.

My girlfriend and I ordered thru the app had no problems, until we got a call back saying that they didn’t have enough white rice for the both of us. I said ok I’ll do half white rice and half greens on one and the there takes the rest of the rice. They ended up giving my order correct except the greens were total mush I coudnt even eat them, and my girlfriend ended up with chow mein which she does not enjoy at all. I don’t understand how you guys got it all mixed up even after a simple phone call.
