We came to pick up our order for 6pm today and absolutely didn’t appreciate the attitude from the cashier. I get that Tuesdays are busy because of the deal which is why we were there, but don’t take out your hardships on people who don’t deserve it. We never eat Pizza Hut but decided to give it a try with the $2 deal. We each ordered 4 pizzas, so naturally, we expected to see 4 more boxes than the ones we had, not realizing they were 2 to a box due to the size. Common sense? Sure. But it didn’t click at first. So when my friend asked about it the cashier just keeps stating “they’re both(the orders) there” “they’re there” “they’re there.” All he had to say was that there were 2 per box then we would’ve left. That’s all. I could tell he probably had a hard day due to the slamming of the cash register after we stated we had a pickup because he thought we were ordering. But that walk away to the kitchen area, his tone in how he spoke to us, and the look on his face… like we ruined HIS day? It was unnecessary. We didn’t do anything to him. So my friend and just I looked at each other with confusion then just left. First time at Pizza Hut in about 9 years & also the last. Pizza was ok.

Pizza Hut is hit or miss lately. The pizza tasted good—classic crust and plenty of cheese—but it took longer than expected for pickup, and the order wasn’t 100% accurate (missing a dipping sauce). Staff was polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed. It’s decent for a quick fix if you’re craving familiar pizza, but consistency and speed could be improved. I’d give it another try, but with tempered expectations.

It is too costly compared to Arlington Heights and other areas. NOW THEY STARTED TO SALE Dry chili powder and other ingredients at 99 cents instead of free pots. How they want to be millionaire in a day.

Disappointing that you will pay extra for original pan crust and what they give you is some old dough which is so evident in the white dry crust. So disappointing and waste of money.

I just came over here for the first time and the breadsticks look burnt to a crisp hard and crumbling ! They told me that's how it's supposed to look and wouldnt redo them. I asked for a refund. They gave me the refund but I will NOT BE BACK (Pizza hut owner) please don't bother responding with that same response, it's lazy. Poor leadership is clearly why the employees have poor customer service skills

Tim was very professional and helpful. I ordered through the app for delivery but was put as a pick up. Tim helped change it from pickup to delivery and got it here still hot and fresh. Will order again for sure!!!
