I had an italian beef with mozzarella, i found a black strand of hair in my food and my hair is bright red. i got the sandwich remade. food was good though.

You really cannot give enough accolades to Portillo's. If you haven't tried their Italian beef, you are missing out. Other menu items are great also. They are a Chicagoland legend.

Toonline menus have no prices. Do the prices change everyday? Employees treat you like. You are serving them, not them serving you. I used to go there all the time, but the prices have doubled in the last few years. It is ridiculous

I bought a spicy chicken sandwich at this location on Sunday night when I left work. I got really sick in my stomach right after eating it and for the next 3 days. I always go to a different location close to my house for the cheeseburgers, but this time I decided to try the chicken sandwich and I do not think I'll ever try it again.

No service needed. They have ordering screens when you come to dine in. Food was a little bit of a wait. Their drive thru was busy, lunch hour. Inside was not busy. Our table was clean. The food was delicious. The chocolate cake shake was amazing.

One of our favorite locations! Excellent service, hot, juicy food, & plenty of atmosphere. Clean, neat, hits all the right notes. My favorite cheeseburger *anywhere* and my partner got the jumbo Chicago dog, which he said was phenomenal. Hot, perfect fries as well. You will be very happy if you eat here! 😋😋😋
