Had one of the most pleasant drive through experiences in a long time at this Cane's. As always, food was so delightful. It hit the spot after the gym and juggling club. Tenders were juicy, the fries cooked well, and the toast optimally toasted.

The staff were efficient and managed the busy crowd smoothly.

Gave the girl working tonight my drivers license that says “veteran.”
She told me I need a real military ID.
I asked her what she meant, this was clear verification that I served.
She said “ I’m not going to argue with you.”
Gave me the discount but honestly wasn’t even worth her ugliness.
I’m beyond baffled.

These days this chain seems to be opening everywhere.
I still remember the first time I tried it, the tenders were hot and crispy.
This time, after grocery shopping, I stopped by because my nephews were hungry.
The tenders were patchy with the breading falling off, overcooked, dry, and tough.
The fries didn’t have much seasoning, were cold, and when I asked to replace the tenders, the response was disappointing.
Even the bread, which used to taste better, felt bland this time.

First time eating at Raising Canes! Had to do drive thru this time. The fingers were excellent, as good as Ive heard! The experience would have been much better if the lid was actually on the sauce. And if they'd have included even one napkin, considering the mess.

We had higher expectations; chicken was soft, plain and some pieces uncooked, the fries were cheap quality. Not worth the price period
