I came here with a group one night and it happened to be trivia night.
Let's back up...Rep's Place is located in a strip mall and is unassuming. When you walk in you have the option to walk to the left (the bar area) or to the right (dining area). The two areas are separated by a wall with openings on the left and right side of it. the wall is about 8 feet in height.
Our group visited for our Burger Club. We started the meal with a couple appetizers: the pretzel bites and cheese curds. The pretzel bites were really good, the cheese curds were just okay. They were three different cheeses in the curds and it didn't improve the curds versus just one type of cheese curd.
Next came the burgers. Everyone actually enjoyed their burgers. Two guys ordered the El Jefe, one got the Patty Melt, two got the Mustang, and I got Reps Burger along with another in our group.
He ordered his with onions on a brioche bun and I ordered without onions on a pretzel bun. His burger arrived on a pretzel bun. I hadn't received mine yet. He let the server know that he had the brioche bun, not the pretzel bun. They took it to correct it.
They then brought out both our burgers. Both of us thought they tasted a bit off but couldn't quite figure out what. Then it dawned on us. They had put my burger on the brioche and his on the pretzel and only changed the tops of the buns on our burgers. So I had a pretzel bun top and a brioche bottom and he had the opposite.
They basically ruined the burgers for us because they were too lazy to swap the entire buns. What's the point of that? I just found a restaurant that has a reputation for good burgers and I won't return because they were too lazy to place our burgers on the correct buns. Was the burger cooked well? Yes. Was the pot roast good? Yes. Was the beer cheese good? Yes. And they all tasted good separate from the two types of buns, but I ordered a handheld sandwich, not a knife and fork entree.
The trivia was fun, but was dragged out far too long.
I just keep coming back to the fact that they could swap a cheap bun out because they couldn't be bothered and then tried to pass off their laziness and sloppiness as if nothing was wrong. Guess what? You lost a customer.

Only had appetizers but the pretzel bites are to die for. Literally the best soft pretzel I've ever had in my life. The cheese is a good addition, but you don't even need it.

Food really sucked for the price. Ordered pull pork, which was dry. Sauce was decent. Watered down, Mac and cheese sauce. Dry cornbread that gives you cottonmouth. *choking hazard* if you don't have a drink. The only thing good about the place was the server.

We ordered Brothers BBQ (we were regular customers at their old location) and we were not disappointed. The BEST BBQ in the area. We did order/pickup, so no idea on the atmosphere. We'll order again!

Came to rep's to have a drink and food for the 606th time, to be be utterly disrespected and rushed. The old lady with the high pitch voice made us wait telling us that the senior citizens were here first when we got in the building before they did. What a disappointment. Where are the kind people who work at Rep's like Vanessa, Triska, you know, the ladies that put on a smile while serving their customers. The person working behind the bar needs to go, maybe her years are behind her, I think she manages the mornings but she is just not customer friendly. I NEVER FELT DISRESPECTED HERE BEFORE. I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL COME BACK. I know as long as I see Jodi I will not be stopping in.

We love Reps Place. Our favorites are the Grilled Cheese Sandwhich and the Ruben, which we've always bragged about and recommended.. However, on our last visit there was a definite decrease in the amount of corn beef in our Rubens. We hope this was just a one time decrease.

Sat at the bar at 5pm on a Sunday during March madness, bar was half full of people only never offered anything but a rude look from the bartender for 15 minutes. Been a frequent customer but not impressed
