Walked in and found out it was a Pick-Up Only location, and I walked out immediately. Great job eliminating third spaces when some of us like to have a drink and get some work done.

Drive thru worker was extremely rude today. He told me because I just placed my order before pulling into the drive thru I’d have to pull back around to get my grilled cheese (there was no one behind me too). Not sure how that is any different than ordering at the speaker. Not my first bad experience here, would recommend going to a different Starbucks.

Nicest baristas who always remember my order. I’ve gotten to know them all over the years, and they are so amazing that I literally show up with holiday gifts for them each year. The store was recently remodeled and looks amazing but there is literally no seating. It’s strictly a pick up and drive through location which works well for me.
This new generation of everything having to be preordered and just picked up isn't accommodating to everyone. Some people like to come in look at a menu and talk to someone.
