This Starbucks gives you ¾ of a cup if you don't tip them . Also barista has attitude problem... no good morning or response if you ask for sugar or a stir .

my sister and my mom ordered drinks for themselves and me and they messed up my sisters drink and didn’t even fill up my mom and i’s drinks. we ordered grandes but it wasn’t filled up all the way. why would i pay for that size if im not getting my money’s worth??

My mocha was the best I’ve ever had in all my years of visiting various Starbucks across the nation. The store is somewhat smaller but quaint and cute. Not a lot of seating and my Sconnie self was not prepared for the aggressive traffic and parking .Parking: It was tight. There’s a restaurant next door and the drive through comes out near the entrance. Drive carefully!

This is another time when employee inform that "we are closed." The first time I understood but yesterday I was furious mad. They served the car before us and when our car drive to the window, employee just inform that the place is closed. First our car was at the line before closing time and even card drive to window few minutes before official closing hour. I do not understand why car before could get the drink and our not after waiting on the line already few minutes and still be at the window couples minutes before official closing. we went to another location and get the drink without a problem but this location is very unprofessional.

It's a Starbucks. The employees aren't that cheerful, and it's probably due to all the crazy wild requests they get. Otherwise, my cookie crumble frappacino was blah at best.. lots of pieces of ice that wasn't blended completely which left for a watered down flavorless overpriced drink. Dining area looks a bit tattered, napkin station area is not filled with the items you may need, you are required to ask one of the extremely busy baristas that are whipping up the suburban clienteles "add 20 pumps of this and 10 pumps of that" kinda beverages. Aside from that, the tables were wiped down and the merch displays were filled with overpriced coffee/beverage cups and quick treats.And that's that on that ?♀️

I've came here a couple of times and all of those times I've had a bad experience. I have thought maybe it was just that day and gave them an extra chance. Recently I went and this time it was worse, the person taking my order was kind of rushing me for no reason. It was not busy at all when I went in and I had asked if I can add a cake pop to my order. The person explained to me that they were busy even though it was just me in the drive thru and like 2 other people inside. I asked again nicely to add a cake pop and the person mad told me "let me see what I can do" and slammed the window really hard. Then the person charged me and slammed the window again, and then they gave me a cake pop and slammed the window even harder. I understand if maybe they were having a bad day but there really was no need to do all that. I did not get the persons name but they had blue and purple hair
