I was so disappointed by my last 2 visits. First time they didn't use my rewards as I asked, charged my card instead. Second time, had NO idea what the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher was (2 clerks, one manager) and chewed me out, lecturing me, "You know, not all districts have the same drinks!"!When I paid, the cashier did use my rewards, then told me I still owed .80 (cents). Clearly, the register showed "Balance -.80" which was an 80 cent balance on my card, which was not relevant. She still insisted I "owed her" 80 cents despite my using rewards to purchase a normal drink. (I have 8,000, more than enough.) The "manager"(?) looked over, "Why is everyone looking at me? Maybe they're expired? I don't know!". No, they're not, they were earned on the VISA & don't expire. He was rude. I put my credit card in & it would not take anything because obviously (to me, only) I did NOT owe the 80 cents.I asked what they wanted me to do so I could just leave, already. They all kept shrugging. I left, still the only one who understood what was going on.To top it off, my drink was almost completely ice and no drink. Have a nice day, right? Sadly, this store is convenient. It's a mess.

I ordered an iced Americano and this is what I got… this picture was taken immediately after I got the coffee and got in my car. The worst $4 spent on coffee. Not only did the coffee look and taste bad, the barista who made my drink was training someone and he wasn’t very friendly. I won’t be returning.
