I also just noticed they have mini ham sandwiches on Hawaiian bread rolls. Beat the line with my pre pay order, which was great…. BUT shame on me. I didn’t look at my ham until just now and it’s burned!!! All the honey glaze is burned!!! Looks awful How can they still sell a ham this way! Always order honey baked! Very expensive but that’s in the past I guess…Not sure if it’s the rolling meadows Illinois store. But never again!! Beware!!!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location. We placed an order online for pick up and when we got home there was an item missing. We had to waste another 30 minutes and a second trip to this location to pick up the missing item and there was not even a “I’m sorry” for the inconvenience.

Very disappointed! I purchased two 1# packages of ham. When opened there were chunks of ham and fat. Not slices. How can I make a sandwich of chunks. Will not be buying from here again. Oh, BTW, very expensive.

Waited in the online pick up but then they called for next in line. I went in the line and then others came in for online pick up and they were served. Not very organized.
The last two times I ordered honey baked ham and the honey turkey were not good. last year the ham was fatty and this year the turkey didn’t taste fresh. They used to have the best of both with a stellar reputation no one could compare. What happened? i will be going to the butcher from now on. Very disappointed ☹️

I was welcomed with a smile and directed to the area for prepaid orders (where there was one person waiting, as opposed to about 12 people in the walk-in line). Order and pay in advance, people! You will save yourself and the store a ton of time. I got my order quickly, everything was perfect, and now I don't have to worry about much in terms of Thanksgiving preparation. Awesome, super friendly and helpful employees today. They were just great, even when some customers were being kinda ignorant. Clean, well lit facility and awesome food. Picked up my bone in quarter ham for thanksgiving. The sugar coating on top was black ends of the ham were dry and rubbery left a metallic after taste in my mouth. For $85 very disappointed. Won’t be back
