Pay your workers a liveable wage and don't guilt trip customers into tipping for take out orders. I called this location to place an order and they said "we don't take orders over the phone". I drove down here under the rain, Made my order and waited for it. What was the service that was provided to me that deserved a tip? Making the chicken wrap and handing it to me over the counter is the bare minimum. Then I was forced to tip on the POS because they automatically add the tip options for themselves and regardless of what you press the tip will still show up on your receipt. Needless to say I will never be back here.
A requested tip before service is not a tip, it's panhandling.
I'm very dissappointed that they serve customers BAD FRUIT here. Tropical Smoothie Cafe needs to change their policy on their peeled bananas. I usually get the Acai Berry Boost because I love the combo of heallth benefits from various fruits.
While waiting I noticed the peeled bananas all had large dark brown spots on them so I asked what the brown spots were and the girl just said "they're just bananas" evading to the fact that they were going bad. I said they are supposed to be all white. She said they keep the bananas for no more than 3 days.
Ok sure, but they are not fresh on day 2.
On day 3 they are not fresh AND they are going bad and now are a health risk.
