Pay your workers a liveable wage and don't guilt trip customers into tipping for take out orders. I called this location to place an order and they said "we don't take orders over the phone". I drove down here under the rain, Made my order and waited for it. What was the service that was provided to me that deserved a tip? Making the chicken wrap and handing it to me over the counter is the bare minimum. Then I was forced to tip on the POS because they automatically add the tip options for themselves and regardless of what you press the tip will still show up on your receipt. Needless to say I will never be back here.
A requested tip before service is not a tip, it's panhandling.

I'm very dissappointed that they serve customers BAD FRUIT here. Tropical Smoothie Cafe needs to change their policy on their peeled bananas. I usually get the Acai Berry Boost because I love the combo of heallth benefits from various fruits.

While waiting I noticed the peeled bananas all had large dark brown spots on them so I asked what the brown spots were and the girl just said "they're just bananas" evading to the fact that they were going bad. I said they are supposed to be all white. She said they keep the bananas for no more than 3 days.
Ok sure, but they are not fresh on day 2.
On day 3 they are not fresh AND they are going bad and now are a health risk.

Worst it was flip flop day and they force us only saying one flavour and went to another store which was in Mount Prospect and gave me any choice of flavors NEVER come here for flip flop day ? also too expensive and do not keep on replying with the same message of We hope to improve in any way NO I want you to improve by actually replying on google

I place an order for (3) smoothies and (3) flatbreads. I usually order from this location during the weekday and this is the first time that all smoothies are watered down and do not taste like the Splenda has been added, which was an additional cost. Not worth spending the $50.00 I spent. The flatbreads were the only flavorful item we've ordered
