Don’t order the smokehouse brisket. It’s all bun and bbq sauce at this location. Least amount of brisket ever received, and I normally like this $8.30 sandwich.

The TV add shows a nice Philly sandwich. The one I got had about 1/4 of the fillings. I been going here for years and all 4 of our sandwiches where mostly bun and very little meat. This was the 2nd time. Sorry Arby's but you lost a long time customer. 11-11-23. I responded back as they suggested to "make it right". But never heard back from them. Just confirms that they reply to make it look good for them. This just reinforces for me that they lost a very long time customer. Sorry Arby's.

STOP ME IF YOU'VE HEARD THIS ONE BEFORE...A cow, a chicken, and a pig walk into an Arby's. They're never heard from again.Ba-dum-tiss. In another life I was a struggling comedian; in this one I'm a manufacturing engineer writing Yelp reviews that no one reads. Do you really care what I have to say about the Arby's near my work? Doubtful, but I need to hit 1,200 reviews by years' end so let's do this thing.Romeoville's Arby's is located off of Weber Rd about two blocks north of I-55. They put up tasteful decorations depending on the closest seasonal holiday-- I saw plenty of ghosts, bats, witches and pumpkins when I visited most recently in late October. I'd imagine they do something equally nice around Christmas.I've used the drive-thru a few times and also gone inside to the pickup counter. The workers always ask if I want sauce (of course!) and they've been quite friendly. 'Horsey' sauce (horseradish mayo) goes great on the classic beef 'n cheddar ($5.60), as does their signature Arby's sauce, a ketchup-bbq hybrid. Some time ago I tried the King's Hawaiian Sweet Heat Chicken sandwich ($11.70 for a medium combo); while it tasted decent, the breaded chicken patty was sketchy and the lettuce was wilted. The buffalo chicken slider ($2.30) was pretty lame.Arby's is known for their curly fries, though you shouldn't sleep on the jalapeno poppers (5pc for $4.20) which come with a tangy berry sauce for dipping. Make sure to grab an apple or cherry turnover ($1.89), flaky pastries with a drizzle of icing and just the right amount of filling. The other day I got a 6pc boneless wings with fries for $5. This location was out of the hot honey BBQ, so I had to settle for buffalo. They featured a French Dip & Swiss for $3 as an online-only deal, as well as offering $3 off a $10 purchase. Many places don't do much for members, but Arby's has some solid perks for signing up.* TL;DR *Could it be a coincidence that these guys have specials on roast beef, tenders, and bacon deluxe sandwiches the day after our fictional barnyard trio disappeared without a trace? I think not.All joking about tasty animals aside, I've always felt Arby's is in the middle tier of fast food places (ahead of Wendy's, BK, and McDonald's). Speedy and cheerful employees plus fairly consistent food add up to a better-than-average experience for the cost.Arby's claims to have "the meats", so you might as well try them...all at once.

This is a fairly decent Arby's with a speedy drive-thru. They put up nice seasonal decorations inside and they've always gotten my order right; the pickup area is convenient and if you order online you can find secret deals! The classic roast beef & cheddar is a great choice, potato cakes or curly fries are a must. Cherry/apple turnovers are tasty. Make sure to grab some packets of "horsey sauce" and Arby's signature bbq for the road!

Best cheese sticks in the game! And I know cheese sticks; they're hard to get right, but in 5+ visits this location has delivered perfection everytime.

The restaurant is very clean and the back end of the restaurant looks tidy as well. Looks like they run a tight ship. Food is always fresh and good there. Not your typical fast food place that is open late.
